They are 5, and they have not fixed it yet? Dunno. It's only episode 1 as well which is kinda off-putting if I'm honest...

NES update!! So Iīve gotten a few more gems for my collection Iīm now into getting all the games I played as a kid and today I got Little Nemo: The Dream Master and Battle of Olympus. Never got far in any of those games and I donīt think I will now either. But theyīre fun to have because they bring back tons of memories and together with Robocop and Bubble Bobble my goal is getting closer

Replaying The Witcher 2. It's been a while so I'm actually entertained by it again. I love the feeling when you go back to a game you've played before but haven't played in a while because it is familiar but you don't remember it well enough for it to be boring.

Did that recently as well. Love that game so much. Decided to take a different path on my second playthrough and it nearly feels like a new game considering how long some of the acts are. And it's very interesting to see the story from another perspective. I haven't played the first Witcher game but bought it on Steam earlier this summer, so will probably do a playthrough of both those games before The Witcher 3 gets released in February. Has anyone tried Divinity: Original Sin, by the way? Thought about buying it when I get back home. Looks like a pretty cool and classic RPG.

Lately I have been hankering for some golf. A looong time ago I used to work at a computer store, and we had a mac in the break room that Apple gave to us. The guys I worked with loaded Links Pro on it, and we used to play during our breaks. I got addicted to it, and bought Links 386 for my PC. Of course that was a DOS game, so there is no way it will work on my Windows 7 box. So did some looking, and downloaded Links 2003 and played a couple practice rounds. It runs fine on my Win 7 machine, and even for an old game, looks pretty good. I do miss Bobcat Goldthwait making fun of all my bad shots. But Annika Sorenstam's voice (which comes with the Player addon) makes up for that. So far I have played the front 9 on Cambrian Ridge (which the Dinosaur Geek in me keeps thinking of as Pre-Cambrian Ridge) and Skeleton Coast - which is apparently a fictional course. I got a -3 under par on each. I am playing on Amateur level of course. I don't think I am ready for full realism. So far it is a been a blast. I do miss the old courses from the old game, like Harbor Town, Firestone, and Banff Springs. But I see they have them separately. Ok, I just bought all 47 extra courses! Never tried the Witcher series, but I know the 'returning to an old game' feeling from Baldur's Gate II. Fuzzy Knight, nope, have not tried Divinity: Original Sin. SubRosa, can you imagine setting up a golf course on the Gold Coast near Anvil? Or perhaps out on the Whiterun tundra (mind the mammoth poo). Oh, maybe a putt putt course in the bowels of an Ayleid or Nordic ruin? Do any of the courses you're playing have blade traps and such? KC, that's great news. I know the whole reason Aravi ignored the 200 year thing and walked across the border to Skyrim was so that she could walk right back to Cyrodiil for the occasional visit when she chose!

QUOTE(mirocu @ Aug 2 2014, 04:43 AM) Same character or a new one this time?
QUOTE(Acadian @ Aug 2 2014, 08:00 AM) I suspect KC, like us, may only know how to make one character. I can make other characters, I just don't want to. Honest.
