Well im trying to figure out what minques special rank says. The Deadric is kind of... glowy so its hard to tell what letter are which.
It looks like... G...A...O...B...J...L= Global M...= Moderator M...I...N...Q...U...E= Minque somthing.... I...N... somthing? Whatever else that says. |

15... And its u need to be 15 to get into the gym, and I think its rather 18 in Ireland because u dont really grow the way u should when u use weights at that age
But I usually stick to weights, I'm "quite" high anyway and grow like darn anyway But usually do much other strength training without weights too |

Yeah it's something to do with the fact that weight training stunts your growth, but by 18 you're pretty much done growing. I wish i could use the gym, i'm so pathetically scrawny in the upper body

Hehe only trained the upper body and arms today, really pushed myself. I can really feel that I can relax in my shoulders and arms, and impressed my old girl friend too
