Dark Seducers and Golden Saints Playable with all Gear, Play with the girls, and their toys Options

I have seen quite a few mods that make Dark Seducers and Golden Saints playable. I have also seen a few that make their weapons and armor playable as well, but only if you kill one and take it from the body. I have never seen a mod that lets you play them and gives you all of their stuff right off the bat. So I created this.

This mod not only makes Dark Seducers and Golden Saints playable, but it also adds a Shivering Tree Stump to the Imperial City Market District with all of both race's gear. It can be found in the alley behind A Fighting Chance, near Simplicia the Slow's bedroll. The contents of the stump respawn every 72 hours, and the equipment is levelled. So keep checking back as you gain levels to get more powerful versions of your weapons and armor. I have also added racial dispositions, so not expect Mortals to like you much.

Installation: Copy the Dark Seducers and Golden Saints Playable.esp file to your Oblivion\Data folder, and select it in the Data Files menu when you start the game.
