QFT. My son put Steam on my PC years ago. When he finally got his own PC I removed all traces of Steam I could see - but for some reason I keep seeing Steam Files on the scans when checking for viruses. They don't cause alerts or anything - but they are still there when they should have been removed by their "uninstaller."

I've found many uninstallers are like that. Not unique to steam.
