GAAAAH !!! Kharjo's tail was twitching after battle !!!!! I love that, very ‘cat-like!!!” Aravi’s ability to switch between magic and weapons is amazing !!! Love to watch her at work, it is inspiring - and I always wish I’d remember it when I’m playing to try it out, lol !!!
Aravi reminds me of Buffy here, she sees water and it is on regardless of it being in an old Draugr dungeon, ROFL !!! I could have warned her there was going to be danger by that chest - not that I’ve ever been in that particular dungeon before, but it just made sense giant chest wouldn’t be unprotected. Aravi fighting the Draugr nude was scary, but very Aravi. She takes on the enemies regardless of the situation, one of the things I love so much about her !!
Kharjo is so AWESOME !!! He calls a familiar, I really like that - and that is the second time Aravi asked him to wait somewhere that (when he heard her in trouble he came to help anyway). As a follower he ROCKS !!!
Awesome Vid !!!

So was that a necromancer with resurrected bandits? Or were they regular bandits? I have a hard time telling if someone is a raised corpse, unless I see a necrodude actually raise them up. I can see what you meant about Aravi's sword skill. She sliced and diced those guys! Like everyone else said, I noticed Kharjo's tail going like crazy! I really like the design of those round , open roofed barrows with the steps that curve down the side like that. I've noticed that Fury spells are not instant in this game. It seems to take a good 4-5 seconds before they start attacking. It always makes me think the spell did not work. Kharjo can summon a Familiar? Neat! I hope you are using my Familiar mod, so it lasts more then one hit. I love the irony though, of a feline conjuring up a canine servant. Whoa! Kharjo buried his mace in that Draugr's head! It is nice that they built in the denock your arrow feature into Skyrim, so you don't have to shoot them once you ready an arrow. So is Aravi going to go for a swim in that pond by the word wall? Yep! Oh look, a secret cave behind the waterfall! Yikes, the dead are restless! This post has been edited by SubRosa: Feb 28 2012, 08:17 PM

That muffle effect looks handy. And I see there are soul gems in Skyrim. Yay, Kharjo has a wolf familiar! What a beautiful spot in that cave with a sun roof, waterfall and spraying mist. And sure enough, the water made her clothes fall off! Then caught/compromised by surprise. Good girl, Aravi to race back to Kharjo for some back up until she could get back in the fight nekkid with her bow & quiver. A&K are a great team! Urg. Where’s Jurgie’s horn?

@Grits: I never actually noticed the tail until this video. Aravi has learned that Kharjo loves staffs. She has to be careful to not give them to him sometimes. Glad you liked this one, it was lots of fun. Thanks Grits! @mALX: That had to have been a glitch, I don’t think I have ever seen that since. Maybe you’ll spot it again though. I seem to be blind to it. Pff, why not take a swim? It was beautiful there! Oh, hostile things, right. She used her bow so she didn’t have to risk getting hit by that axe. That would be painful with or without armor. I like it that Kharjo ignores commands when Aravi is in danger. He’s awesome! Thanks mALX! @SubRosa: I think they were alive, they didn’t turn to dust afterword. I always wonder if they are working too. I think Aravi’s double dosed some people before just to make sure. I’ve got the familiar mod installed but this video was created way back on January 12th! Haha, why not take a quick dip? She’s been crawling around in a dirty dungeon for a while. I’ve noticed that the Bethesda devs love hiding stuff near waterfalls. I haven't shown everything I’ve found, but it’s definitely worth your time to look around a little extra in places like that. Thanks SubRosa! @Acadian: The muffle spell is one of my favorite ones, it’s perfect for Aravi. A cave full of Draugr probably wasn’t the best place for a dip, but she had Kharjo there to keep an eye out. Assuming he wasn’t watching her back(side). He was great though when Aravi was attacked. Thanks Acadian! ####################################### After the dip in the pond, Aravi and Kharjo move deeper into the ruin.TIME: 8:43 This post has been edited by King Coin: Mar 2 2012, 07:55 PM

When the gate slammed down in their faces, that was a great little what the heck look between Aravi and Kharjo. The whole tiled floor area seemed very creepy. Kharjo was funny, wanting to go somewhere warm. Yeah, like on fire. That was quite the frozen standoff with the spider. I felt so bad for Aravi when she whirlwind sprinted back to Kharjo! A fire spell was a good way to get through the webs without residue. This was an “I Hate Spiders” episode. The strange and confusing tomb mood came through very well. Great video, KC!

@SubRosa: I’ve found a lot of chests hidden behind waterfalls or around them. That last spider, it must have dropped from the ceiling, there’s no other way it could have got there (well other than just spawning). I was sure that those blocks were going to be something hostile. I half expected them to slam into Aravi if she tried to walk past. Thanks SubRosa! @Acadian: Aravi was worried about Kharjo too! She thought she was going to have to go ahead alone. She was actually looking at the spider webs when she shook her head. Ugh. Hate them! Kharjo might have burned less if he followed Aravi’s footsteps more precisely. Thanks Acadian! @mALX: I didn’t see his tail twitching in that one, you’ve got a great eye for stuff like that. Umm… I’ll have to get back to you on the dungeon, I can’t remember its name. You would think that someone would be a little more careful in a room full of traps! Thanks mALX! @Grits: I hate spiders. Aravi didn’t think she could kill it before it go to her so she got away from it as soon as she could. She was close to panicking there. I found Kharjo’s warm comment funny too. Thanks Grits! ############################### On the journey back to High Hrothgar, Aravi and Kharjo happen upon an interesting scene… TIME: 12:04 Eisa’s JournalRa’jirr’s Note

Holy Crap! What a battle, I was holding my breath at the end when Aravi's health was so low and she kept fighting without healing !! I didn't remember the Pale Lady only carried a few alchemy ingredients and was yelling, "You forgot to loot the Pale Lady, ARGH !!!" I was about to start hollering about the word wall when it popped on just before the vid ended, ROFL !!! There is a boss chest near that altar, not sure if you cut that scene or looted it. Anyway, all my hollering and shrieking to drink a potion woke up Bob so now I'm in trouble, ROFL !!! Absolutely AWESOME vid !!! Hugely exciting fight with the Pale Lady, it took me almost 20 full human minutes to vanquish her when I played that dungeon - didn't have any shouts, had to hide behind rocks in the waterfall past the altar and dart in and out to hit her. That was an Awesome dungeon !!!

"Mop the floor with these idiots for all I care" The Pale Lady? Bethesda certainly likes that name. I wonder if this one is a vampire too? Looks like the Fury spell did not work. Not that Aravi seemed to need it anyway! She went through those bandits in the first room like Mike Tyson goes through money. Clever of Aravi to lead that one bandit past Kharjo, so they could double-team him. "Thought I heard something." Chop! Yikes! That cave in was close! Very neat forest in the cave. I liked the zoom out at the end to give us a better view of it. Uh oh, I know what those glowy lights mean... A Wisp Mother! I like how Aravi poured on the speed to attack her. Whoa, that was close. Just a teeny bit of health left for Aravi at the end. So Rajirr did not make it either. I guess that first bandit that decided to make a run for it outside had the right idea. And another word of power to finish it off.

Wow, Aravi is awesome with those scimitars! She seemed extra tense in this episode, since she kept her swords in her hands a lot. I really like these quests where you listen to people talking to find out what’s going on. Whoa, and Kharjo’s awesome with that axe! What a battle against the Pale Lady! I was also worried about Aravi’s tiny little blip of red! I got the feeling that Aravi might somehow know Ra’jirr, the way she bolted forward to help him and then took care of his body afterward. Maybe it’s just a Khajiit kinship thing. That’s such a beautiful grotto. I'm glad you showed the end of the video that way. It was lovely and also kind of mournful.

@mALX: I assure you Aravi looted everything that place had to offer; even a chest fairly well hidden in the trees with an expert lock was picked and looted. I cut that stuff unless she finds something interesting. Most of the loot Aravi gets is nothing very interesting, even at the level she is at now. I really like that waking Bob. He’s caused you enough chaos, he can take some of his own! I’m pretty proud of Aravi, she hasn’t had a health potion in a long time. She has at least one with her, but Kharjo is given most of them. Thanks mALX! @SubRosa: I was thinking vampire too. Glad it wasn’t. That reminds me that she’s been neglecting her casting. Can’t have that. She’ll be casting more spells in game now. You should do that ruin if you can find it. The video doesn’t do the place justice. I wasn’t sure if it was possible but I just read in the wiki that it’s possible to save Ra’jirr. I did that part over and over again and he always went down in one shot. Thanks SubRosa! @Grits: The dungeons seem so alive! I wonder what I’m going to think of Oblivion’s when I decide to go back again someday. Aravi did not know Ra’jirr, but you can say it was a kinship thing. She feels more protective of other Khajiit in Skyrim just because they are treated so poorly by many of the Nords. Thanks Grits! @Acadian: That was a really neat dungeon, and I’m glad you enjoyed Aravi’s experience going through it with Kharjo. The grotto was gorgeous; the video doesn’t do it justice. Aravi spent quite a bit of time exploring it afterword before heading outside. Thanks Acadian! ################################### This first video requires a little bit of explanation. There was so much dialog in this one that I simply had to cut it out. When Aravi meets the person with the Horn, they are initially doubtful that she is the dragonborn. With information gathered in an earlier quest, they have determined a pattern to the dragon attacks and anticipate one near a small village. As an opportunity to gain knowledge about what is going on with the dragons and as a test for Aravi, they set out for this small village at the best pace they could. Blades sword, woo hoo! I like Delphine’s secret hideout. I’ve never seen Sahloknir fly before! Alduin should have stuck around to see Aravi take him out!! I agree with Acadian, Alduin has a cool voice. Aravi got her Dah, nice. The Greybeards called her “Dragon of the North”! That’s pretty neat. I guess the Thalmor are going to take an interest in Aravi now. I never thought of it until it was Aravi going into danger, but Delphine should be more careful with the Dragonborn!

Aravi is looking studly in her new outfit. (sorry, i could not resist the studded reference). I had Delpine figured for the secret passage kind of girl. Hey that dragon looks familiar. He rescued Primrose at Helgen! Is it just me, or do the dragons kind of sound like Hutts? That blizzard shout was a great opener! Wow, Aravi wiped the floor with Sakhalin (or whatever its name was). "Go ahead, nothing held back."I am such a terrible person. The first thing that came to mind was "Does the carpet match the curtains?" And we are back to the beards. "When you can snatch the pebble from between my fingers Dova, then it is time for you to go..." So Parth is the leader of the beards? Now that I did not know. Neat I like that. Ain't much else to tell. Well, except for your boss being a spy with a secret Blades room under the bar...

@Acadian: I like the lute music at the inns too. I wish the bards would stop singing and just play the lute. I like the dragon voices too. I thought the Greybeard’s ‘greeting’ was neat; Aravi wasn’t sure what to think about it. Thanks Acadian! @Grits: Aravi couldn’t leave that beautiful sword just hanging there. I’m glad Alduin left, that would not have been good for Aravi. She’s Ysmir now! That’s sweet of you, thinking of Aravi! Thank you Grits! @SubRosa: I like the way that armor looks. I wasn’t a fan at first, but I warmed up to it. His good timing saved Aravi too! Too bad he’s trying to kill her now! I kind of wonder what a Blade would say to a question like that. Thanks SubRosa! ######################### The next step is the Thalmor Embassy, located in Solitude. Aravi and Kharjo spend some time in Whiterun resting before they depart. I loved Aravi jumping along the wall tops at the beginning. Most of my characters do the same. Primrose always jumped onto the roof of the little guard tower, just to the right of where Aravi came down from her first leap. So now the Dark Brotherhood is after Aravi? Welcome to the club! This time I heard the dragons before I saw them. Looks like Al is back at it again. That blizzard scroll certainly got the dragon's attention! But it looks like it hurt Aravi a lot more. Once the swords came out, I knew it was all over. Aravi is a cuisinart! I think Skyrim is like FO3, where followers automatically heal up to full once combat is over? I have not used them much, but that was my impression. I loved Kharjo's words at the end! Now that is style. This post has been edited by SubRosa: Mar 11 2012, 06:36 PM
