Aravi in Skyrim, her video story Options

I love Aravi’s joyfully Khajiit exit from Whiterun!! What a great day for a run across the tundra. Aravi looks great in her Dovahkiin armor.

Argh, ambush! That assassin had great stuff in his pockets. Even a sword that matches Kharjo’s outfit. That’s a heck of a switch from a lovely afternoon to someone wants you dead.

How cool to see another resurrection! What a fight, there was no cover out there. Oh that blizzard scroll was neat! But it really hurt Aravi!! That is not one to use in a hallway, yikes. Good to know.

Kharjo looked like quite a fortress of dwarven metal when Aravi healed him, the way he was holding his shield. He has a great personality for Aravi. His comments seem kind of quiet and warm.

Great video, what a way to start their journey! It's still a long way to Solitude. Whew!

What a little wall jumping and running grasshopper Aravi is! Poor Kharjo barely figured out how to catch up before she was off again. He’s amazing to keep up with her, given his heavy armor.

Yikes! Jumped by a Shadowscale Assassin. I don’t know how you managed it, but I could really feel Aravi’s manner turn from light to dark after that DB attack. What a talent you have for transmitting her mood!

Nevertheless, just a nice day in Skyrim. Until another dragon fight that is. It was fun to see Aravi heal Kharjo and his response!

@mALX: Yep, Delphine was a Blade. Kharjo always says that when Aravi heals him. Some of the other people say some funny things when you heal them. Thanks!

@SubRosa: Aravi was having some fun there at the beginning. Aravi didn’t expect the blizzard to hurt her. I’m not sure how you are supposed to use that spell now.
The followers heal up very fast when combat is over, so yeah, like Fallout. Thanks SubRosa!

@Grits: She likes to show she’s a Khajiit sometimes. You’re right though, the assassin ruined that for her. Aravi thinks she did something wrong with the scroll since it hurt her. Thanks Grits!

@Acadian: He wasn’t inclined to join Aravi in hopping the wall with his heavy armor on. That might have been an excuse. The assassin destroyed the good mood she was in, I’m glad that it was easy for you to tell. Thanks Acadian!

Aravi meets Malborn (a member of the Thalmor Embassy staff) to give him some of her weapons and armor to smuggle in. Then it’s off to the party!

Whoa, that chatty guard wanted Aravi to notice his sword!

Kharjo should enjoy his break in the Winking Skeever. Looks warm to me.

Poor Aravi trying to find a place out there to change clothes. She was not going to strip down right in front of Delphine and the carriage driver, like some Nord! It made me remember that inn room in Cyrodiil with all of the windows.

Neat, I never heard that gossip about the Argonians or what Razelan said to make a scene. I love that the Khajiit cook hissed at Malborn when he was mean to her.

Fun video, and I’m looking forward to the next one! Will Aravi need to use that scroll? (Will she remember that she has it? That’s always my problem!)

I loved what that first guard said about getting nervous!

Boy, the game really wanted you to steal that wine bottle when Aravi sat down.

It was funny watching Aravi running around trying to find a place to change!

Elenwen, she was at Helgen! She was the high elf on the horse talking to Tullius when your cart rolled into the castle.

Colovian Brandy at a Thalmor party? I guess it is true that the Empire has become a puppet state.

Malborn was pretty cool. "Rules? I didn't think eating moon sugar was part of the rules..."

(Will she remember that she has it? That’s always my problem!)

That is my problem too. I just sell all the scrolls I find, because I know I will never think of using them.

More of that wonderful inn music. I see Aravi thoughtfully left Kharjo with the pretty lutist to keep him entertained.

Heh, modest kitty likes her privacy for dressing. I’m glad her party dress had provisions for that tail.

Malborn’s silly wine question to deflect the Ambassador’s attention from questioning Aravi was perfect in its subtle effectiveness. I loved the animation of Malborn wiping down his bartop. Oh, and a flutist for the party! How neat.

“Have you heard any news from the other parts of Skyrim?”
I had to chortle over hearing this snippet of conversation. So very reminiscent of the chatter in Oblivion!

The drunk’s distraction so Aravi could get her gear was magnificent. What a joy this entire vid was to watch!

Is this Malborn a ghost? He looked kind of see through while selling stuff, but had some pretty cool stuff for sale !!

This is really interesting! I have no idea what is going on with this quest, and it is intriguing !!

Razelan is now one of my favorite NPCs in Skyrim. I wonder if he’s around in the world or if he’s just at the party?

Aravi isn’t going to strip down in front of a complete stranger and some Blade. Lol. She can’t turn invisible like Buffy.

Aravi is supposed to find out if the Thalmor are behind the dragons’ return or what they know about the dragons. She needs to get into places she’s not allowed to be in order to do this, so she sneaked in through a party. Now she needs to locate anything she can. Thanks mALX!

Aravi has a nice smile in the second, pic, but the last is my favorite. I love seeing the two cats side by side. I see Kharjo is wearing Blades armor now. Did he join up officially?

Gosh, those close ups are stunning! The work and love you’ve put into Aravi really shows. I'm so glad you decided to keep her green eyes, and I still love the scar on her left cheek. She’s such a beautiful kitty! And the KharjKat's rockin' too!

Those screens are great! Aravi looks especially beautiful in the woods one. I like the way the colors of the tree trunks complement her fur. The last one has to be my favorite. Kharjo and Aravi look awesome together!

Good grief, those Thalmor guys don’t even like each other. That was nerve-wracking to leave some of them still alive behind her. Oh whew, I thought they killed Malborn while Aravi was waiting by the door. Aravi was so smart to Calm the troll and get out with both of her companions alive. They sure didn’t stick around to thank her! Aravi did a great job on this quest. What a fun video!

I was half-expecting Aravi to take those Thalmor robes and boots and try to bluff her way past those soldiers we heard talking.

Well, I guess she did not have to, she went though those guys easily enough.

Hrafn has a pair of boots enchanted with Muffle. It makes sneaking a lot easier, especially when wearing heavy armor.

That two-fisted Fury made for a good distraction, while Aravi slipped into Elenwen's Solar. The conversation we overheard between the informant and the torturer was really cool, though I could not hear all of it. I wonder who it is they have locked up down there?

Uh oh, they are on to her, and they have Malborn! Yay, Malborn made it!

Reeking Cave? That sounds wonderful.

Yikes, a Thalmor Wizard as soon as Aravi steps in! Then a Frost Troll! Even worse.

Did you change the Night Eye shader? It looks a lot better now.

That Flames spell did not cut the mustard against that troll. Lets hope that Calm spell does better. It did! Very cool. I have never used that before.

I really liked listening to those soldiers talking about the mages. Aravi wasn’t in a good situation when she was spotted outside there, that was the best she could do. It seems to have worked long enough for her to get what she needed though! Thanks Grits!

@Acadian: Snoopin’ and poopin’ ? She did nothing of the sort! Aravi isn’t very good at the spy business. Delphine picked poorly when she sent her in. Thanks!

@SubRosa: The thought of donning the robes and boots crossed Aravi’s mind briefly, but she’d be the fuzziest Altmer ever seen!

Muffle enchanted boots are really hard to find. She did get some for Kharjo briefly. I now have a mod that gives him muffle all the time though as a unique ability.

The calm spell was a last ditch effort on that troll. So glad it paid off. Thanks SubRosa!

Aravi retrieves her gear from Delphine… who decided to leave for Riverwood as soon as Aravi entered the embassy. Delphine’s next task is not very appealing, so Aravi stays in Whiterun and looks into a famous group of fighters based there.
