So, for those who're still in or coming back to Cyrodiil...(Or even Tamrielic lands that simply aren't Skyrim )...Where are your characters today?...

Brought Nordy-Boy (Farn Olfsson) out of his comfortable semi-retirement, grabbed his trusty steed - Binky - and went for a run in an empty section of his map...This being around Bravil...

He cleared out a Necromancer infested Ayelid ruin called Wendlebeck and found a statue in the middle of it, so I may do the Collector quest as I've never done that one...

And then we went through a Goblin fort just down the way from it...Much fun with Goblins!!... ...Can't remember what the place was called...

Next time, I shall have Nordy-Boy sell the stuff in Imp-City and then I shall go find the cave that showed up on the compass around the fort...

I have missed this game so much...It's way better than Skyrim...And yes, thanks to mALX and Subrosa I'm actually tempted to get the PC version...And *Feels slightly dirty* I may download some Mods...*Runs off to shower*...

The road west of the Brina Cross Inn was quieter than it had any right to be. No birdsong, no sound of animals scampering through the undergrowth, it was like the whole damn county was holding its breath, waiting for what was about to happen.

To me.

This is spectacular! You brought that moment to life - that first time doing that quest, not knowing where the enemy might/would spring from or if you would survive it - trusting your life in the hands of those two unknown mages. You did an amazing write here!

mirocu: Joan is coming along slowly. There wasn't much in Elenglyn, unfortunately. I believe she is going to be the one who looks for Umbacano's statures, since Saga had some complications.

Moving slowly upwards through the Nibenay Basin, Lothran has just cleared out Fort Cedrian and again we were surprised finding out we had not done this before. Especially noteworthy since the fort is just by the road. Oh, well. Now we have

Neat, mirocu! I know how nice it is to go though an undiscovered dungeon - as well as rare for those of us who play looonnnggg games. Like you, I'm surprised Lothie had not cleared it before. Buffy would clear it routinely when in the Cropsford area.

I gotta ask: how do you know you've never cleared Cedrian before? Is your memory that good? My memory is terrible. That's why when Lady Saga was hard-core exploring Cyrodiil over these last few years, I began keeping a Notepad page of all the places she'd been.

I can remember every dungeon and every game that I went in it; everything that happened in the playthrough. I can remember stuff that doesn't matter like that for decades; but can't remember that I have a battery charger and extension cord that I bought three months ago when my car battery goes dead,

They way I can tell is by bringing up the local map when I enter a place. If you have explored it before it will be filled in. If it is blank, you know its that character's first time there.

This one which is just beside the road has been ignored simply because when Lothran has passed it he has been on his way somewhere and didn´t fancy a dive atm. Same reason every time for soon to be ten years now. Thankfully I broke the spell before the anniversary

I went for years without exploring Fort Chalman; I think I did it in 2009 for the first time.

OH yeah, the map. Forgot about the local map, it's been so long since I've used it. I also forgot the game also tells us "You have just discovered X".

Kahreem of Weet is still in Bravil. He finally managed to shake the guard that had been chasing him all across the forest, and since his bounty is below 500, he can't get busted unless he directly speaks to a guard. He just ascended to Level 10. I put +2 in Agility, Intelligence, and Personality.

So I've decided to return to Oblivion. I recently purchased it during the steam sale and for a while I've been all nostalgic about Jessika (my character). I re-read my fanfic here (Jess of Valor) and I feel I want to return to her.

Now just gotta wait to download it!

Andrea, returning to Jess sounds like fun! Quite a few of us remain unhappy about the 200 year silliness between Oblivion and Skyrim - especially when you want to play the same character in both games. Some of us simply ignore it and walk across the border. Others rp that the border is closed but use something like a secret Pale Pass tunnel. In Buffy's case, we had to imagineer time travel for her.

It can, but the re-entry is rough.

Well, Superian can manage the 88 mph, and Buffy can manage the 1.21 gigawatts of magicka. The problem is pulling both off at the same time, given Buffy's inability to cast from the saddle.

Tie a long pole to the saddle that has a hook on the end; string a wire between two trees; and have a shock mage spawn under the wire and shoot stormcall at her as she charges at them,

As for Lothran he´s still somewhere in the Nibenay Basin. He´s really taken a shine on living in the wilderness and has avoided the comforts of towns for quite some time now
