Oof that sounds painful.

My ex used to tell me once it gets infected pierce the thing with a (sterilized) pin, then squeeze the crap out of it. The goo lubricates it and it pops right out.

I think it's gross as hell.

It wasn't painful at all. I had a minor numbing pain because the splinter was still there, but it didn't hurt when popping it out. If anything it felt good to get it out biggrin.gif

Well, sometimes I do. But I like so many songs from various artists that I've gone past that into an addiction mode at this point. They've simply become tradition biggrin.gif


If anything, when I move into the cottage for the summer and don't listen to them almost every day, that's when I get tired of them upon returning. Yeah, I'm weird in case you didn't know rollinglaugh.gif

Today is the breaking point. I'm taking a vacation from Facebook.

I posted my leave rant, complete with links (about 8 or 9 of them) about stuff backing my opinion, and closed the tabs. Anyone wants me I'm on messenger.

Well, I just got me another riding mower. It's from an old friend of the family who passed away last year. It's in great condition and the brother who sold it didn't want much for it. They are/were both very kind people and I'm really glad I got this mower. It'll remind me of our dear friend every time I use it.

That's pretty awesome. Riding mowers are nice.

I'm a little peeved. We had the sewer line suctioned last year and now water collects where the pipe is, in the middle of the yard.

It's more of an indent in the ground water collects in. I don't know if it's leakage. The fun part is, you can see from up at the house where it is, because the grass is green there and brown everywhere else.

But it's gonna make mowing hard. I wish we hadn't had it done now, but the toilet wasn't flushing so it had to be done.

The water trap in the shower drain doesn't stay either. I can smell sewer smell from the shower sometimes.

I dont know how to fix it either.
