So I had this dream last night and after it was over, I made myself wake fully up so I could remember it all. There was this street fair, all my friends were going, it was this big all-day thing. I used to live in Portland Oregon 10 years ago, and so I recognized the area where the street fair was gonna be held as the southeast district: Hawthorne blvd to be more specific. Anyways I'm getting ready, cooking, getting dressed. I don't remember that part very well, but it's of no consequence, anyways. Later on I was approaching the party, I was still outside. For some reason things get vague, and I wind up travelling through some woods, and there are no woods in that part of Portland. Suddenly, there was a "camera" floating through the air, and I'm watching this camera passively (as if I'm watching TV). The camera pans around this WOLF. Circles around and around, and in the dream I make this comment that this is a cut-scene! Just like in a videogame. The camera starts to center towards the wolf, and then I get what's about to happen. I am to become the wolf. As the camera hovers behind the wolf, all a sudden I can start to walk ... on 4 legs. I wind up walking back to the area where the party is, and where all my friends are, etc. They recognize me because there is this weird telepathic thing that goes on. I am able to communicate to them that I am this wolf. I have no idea how it happened or how long it will last, but they accept this oddity anyways. Towards the end of the dream, everybody is swarming around this food provided by the establishment. Music is playing, etc. There was a band playing Joe Walsh's Rocky Mountain Way (and badly, at that!). I wanna say we were all in the Bagdhad Theatre. As my friends eat the food provided by the Bagdhad, I start to eat my own food. And I felt weird doing so. Some dreams have meaning, and some do not, not that I can decipher, anyways. In this case, I think I know what this dream means. I've become a wolf, I've got my own food, I'm doing things my own way. Yet I am still accepted by my friends. Bla bla bla, what about you? I would have put this in the Skyrim forums, by the way, but I realized any videogame can inspire a dream. This post has been edited by Lady Saga: Jan 3 2013, 01:45 PM

It will be cool if something does come out for E3. But it doesn't really matter for me. I still haven't finished NV or Skyrim yet. I need more bloody time as it is... When I am playing heaps of Beth gaming I find that I rarely have visual dreams about the games. But damn that music score and sound effects that Mark puts in the game. I regularly wake up with the music pounding in my head. Which is badly needed. The older I get the more I forget things. But if I wake up with Beth music playing I immediately know what I need to do when I get up! This post has been edited by Winter Wolf: Mar 10 2015, 03:29 AM

One of the first things that happened to me after beginning playing Oblivion was what you just said - hearing the music while I sleep; and dream of searching for Nirnroot, lol.

I'm with both of you on that! There have been many versions, but This is still the Elder Scrolls theme for me. And This one keeps popping up in my dreams.

QUOTE(SubRosa @ Mar 10 2015, 12:10 AM) Mirocu too busy to notice a nintendo game! For shame! Yeah, but only because I was already playing a Nintendo game QUOTE(SubRosa @ Mar 10 2015, 12:10 AM) This reminds me that I had a TES dream a few nights ago. Well, half TES, half Fallout. I was dreaming about a pair of animated skeletons, the same as in Oblivion. But they were carrying miniguns from Fallout 3. One had a regular minigun, the other a gatling laser. They were walking around shooting things. I never saw what, and have no idea why. That is all I can remember of it.
Just give this idea to Michael Bay, he´ll turn it into a 2 hour movie somehow

It is both grand and noble, yet gentle and peaceful. I can always hear this in my head. I can never remember the music from the other games. They sound good when I listening to them, but once they are no longer playing, I cannot remember a single note. This post has been edited by SubRosa: Mar 10 2015, 11:12 PM

I had a Fallout dream last night. It was walking through a town filled with old 50s and 60s style brownstone buildings, going up three stories each. Some were really long, filling entire blocks. Others were just maybe thirty or forty feet wide. It was night, and I was walking toward the edge of town. I heard a commotion up ahead of me, and saw a Deathclaw pouncing upon two people in the road leading out into the countryside. I was unarmed, just an ordinary person, so I turned and ran. I didn't yell or raise an alarm, because I knew that the Deathclaw would finish those two in moments, and if it noticed me, I would be next. I was lucky, and after it killed them it ran right past me, in the same direction I had been fleeing toward. I looked ahead, and saw it join another Deathclaw that was climbing up the wall of a single brownstone house right in front of me. I turned and ran in another direction, and came to a long block of brownstones. The entire thing was crawling with Deathclaws. They were everywhere, on the roof, scaling the walls, breaking into windows. It was complete chaos. People were screaming and being torn apart. That is when I woke up.

QUOTE(Renee @ Mar 20 2015, 05:22 PM) Yeah they're horrible. A dethclaw took out one of my FO3 characters a couple years ago.
On the other hand, my current FO3 guy had a deathclaw running toward him the other day. He aimed his rifle (no VATS) and shot the thing in the head. BOOM. He missed his first three shots, but when he made that final one, somehow he got lucky and took the deathclaw out with one shot, and with a measly hunting rifle, too.
Now that is some fancy shooting William Bonney! QUOTE(Grits @ Mar 20 2015, 05:35 PM) Oh my gosh. They really are horrifying.
I do have a dream to report, but it only lasted about two seconds. Jerric was at my stove flipping pancakes. I was standing to his right and could only see his very hairy right forearm and a hip, but the shape of the rest of him was there in that kind of dream-vision where you can’t see details. He was shirtless (big surprise) and wearing ragged trouser colored pants. It was morning because the sunlight was coming in my kitchen window and sort of shining on his arm hair. As soon as I thought holy crap, that’s Jerric I woke up. It doesn’t make much sense because he was a real person and not a game person, but I knew it was Skyrim Jerric.
That sounds like a much better dream than mine! Chris Hemsworth + Food!
