Guess what I had for brunch! the lady at IHOP was reluctant to Bring me to my table....

Creepy mannequin is creepy! I went to old navy, and almost had a heart attack when I saw this plastic being standing behind me...

Brought home two new CD's....

I've been looking all over for these, and I finally found them!

Don't get me started on river monsters, lol. That show is just epic. And the fact that those fish exist...

We have one catfish that could swallow a grown man whole - he lives directly alongside one of the bigger dams here in the deepest section right below it, and has been seen by several men who have been sent down to work on the dam - they came back out white as sheets and yelling, "NO WAY!"

I've seen some 4.5-5' catfish come from that area, so can imagine it must be huge. You can't boat in that area because they open the dam gates too often. (TVA uses it for hydro power).

The littler ones are fun to catch (under 20") - I don't want to catch one bigger than that. I like eating Catfish, but you can't eat them from these lakes anymore = PCB's.

The men in this area dip their fingers in stink-bait and catch the catfish by wiggling their fingers under rocks on the bottom - just grab onto their jaw when the catfish bites. It is called "graveling" or something. I absolutely LOVE fishing, but you will NEVAH catch me doing that.

When I was a kid, I lived around a lotta swamps. I used to wallow around in them and harass the snapping turtles, lol

Same here, snapping and mud turtles were everywhere in the marshes where I grew up. Barefeet = a good bite.

Easily. When I was 8 I got a bad bite on my foot, the sucker wouldn't let go. I shrieked my head off till a neighbor came and wedged a stick in his mouth to get my foot out.

Honestly, yes. And a delicious restaurant that served hot chocolate I was only there for a few hours because I needed to board the plane to Tanzania, lol
