Next event is Midyear Mayhem (PvP) in 'Feb'. No exact date published yet but has to be soon I figure.
*Buffy's been using the Grits trick of knocking out out dailies in Cyrodiil while it's quiet but not turning them in. She has 7 scouting, 6 Cropsford and 2 Cheydinhal dailies done and ready for turn-in. If true to form the event will yield 2 tix per day for the first Cyrodiil (or battleground) daily and a 3rd tix for the first IC daily each day. Buffy doesn't do IC or battlegrounds so 2 tix per day from Cyrodiil will be plenty. She has the dragonmorphpet and all 3 frags for a second one, 8 tix and no interest in the current morph of some ugly skins so tix are not really much concern to her.
What she wants from the event is lotsa transmute crystals and she'll do that via keep repairs. As a healer, she knows that her 'healing done' stat means more potent repairs which means more AP per repair which lets her earn AP faster and for less repair kits. Her 'healing done' is already good but she does several Midyear Mayhem tweaks to boost it up to about +50% or so for repairing keeps. The purpose of all this is to earn lotsa AP which means lotsa rewards of the worthy boxes. She know that the first box you open each day is guaranteed to contain a transmute gem so she knows to only open one a day. Last year it took her weeks to get them all open after the event was over but the payoff is high in terms of transmute crystals.
For anyone interested, what she does for the event to boost her healing done beyond what it normally is:
- Keep her Extended Ritual aura active all the time while repairing (major mending +8%).
- Have 2 skill points in the support passive (Combat Medic) that boosts healing done by +20% when near a keep.
- Change her monster pieces to Earthgore & Symphony of Blades. The first bonus on each of those is +4% healing done.
- Wear two pieces of Senche Raht's Grit for +4%.
- Swap Apprentice Mundus for Ritual (+10% for Buffy with 4xgold divine armor pieces).
- Swap out CP Biting Aura for Focused Mending.
*  UPDATE:
