You had me chuckling at Jerric's tailor!

The moonlight dragon is great!

"Ah, come share a bottle of Honningbrew mead with me." - The siren's song for Jerric I should imagine! biggrin.gif

Parthy does indeed look very cool under the two dragon moons!

That wagon mod suits Dar-Ma so well!

Your graphics look great in all your shots. goodjob.gif

That Paarthurnax pic is pretty. Wow, a wagon. What mod adds that? I found a wagon mod awhile back, but it moved way too fast and crashed my game like 20 seconds outside of Whiterun.

Isaac the White arrives in Whiterun looking good, but nearly goldless. But then, an idea. When a man is desperate, he goes for desperate measures.

I am not too proud to beg, my darling. Watch me. I am good.

Take pity pretty lady, can you spare a few Septims?

I aint askin' for much.

Sure, mock the out-of-town beggar, like everyone else. You may mock, but I made my share today.

santaclaus.gif

The dialog option in the second-to-last shot was achieved with the excellent "Be a Beggar" mod. My former beggar / wizard-in-training couldn't help but return to his former life, just for a day.

Renee, I think these are the first close ups I've seen of Isaac - you did a fabulous job with his face/beard/hair! And the goldless wizard falls back on his former occupation to turn a few septims. biggrin.gif

Isaac always makes me think of Isaac Bonewits.

If he is anything like some of the other beggars, Isaac might be rich. Some of my characters gave thousands of septims to the beggar in Windhelm who teaches sneak!

Awesome pics Renee! I can always hear the 'spare a coin for the infirmed' running in my head at moments like this. laugh.gif

And that last pic. Wow! Chills down the spine. Such a contrast and a great angle of shot.

As Acadian said, you did a great job on Isaac's looks, he looks like a beggar and a wizard at once.

Love how he puts on that ragged outfit and goes begging. laugh.gif Now he can buy himself a pair of shoes. wink.gif

Renee, that wagon is from ghastley’s awesome Khajiit Hearthfires mod which is on the Nexus. It’s lots of fun. Here's the Chorrol thread about it: link.

I love these pics of the White Wizard in his beggar mode! You did a great job with his face. He has interesting looks.

They may call it Saturalia in High Rock, but in Windhelm it’s a White Christmas. ohmy.gif

Yikes! I've never allowed the MQ to feature random dragon attacks so that was quite the chilling surprise! ohmy.gif Love the hanging lights though! biggrin.gif

Thanks to all. I thought you'd like Isaac's transformation. biggrin.gif He only did that one time.

ha ha yea, this is true. And if we look in their inventories, they never spend this gold. smile.gif

In the four years since starting Skyrim I have never progressed far enough to have either dragon or vampire attacks in towns (Dawnguard has never sat on my hard drive). I have decided to 'allow' these moments into my game for the first time on my new character. I hope I do not regret the decision.

I came to love the Oblivion gates opening, but these attacks, I am not sure.

I read something about avoiding fast travel. Or at least setting up the stables as the point.

Correct, you'll want to avoid fast travel. FT (including travel by horse-carts) can trigger some attacks.

The vampire attacks aren't so bad, matter of fact I welcomed them when I was gaming on Xbox, because they happen randomly, whereas so many encounters in Skyrim's base game are static, which gets old. I like the surprises Dawnguard adds.

On the other hand, once you start DG, you'll want to keep it moving during early stages. The worst thing about the vamp attacks is they can sometimes make their way into towns, or around stable areas. Named NPCs can sometimes get killed. sad.gif But if you keep the questline moving, in-town vampire attacks will eventually stop. Only the wilderness ones will continue.

Dragon attacks are annoying to me, but some folks don't mind them. If you're playing the vanilla game, dragons will show up every 3 days or so. Nothing we can do about this. Bethesda set it up this way so we can b3@t da game with our t00n, collecting all the Shouts in as short a time as possible. But to me, fighting dragons should be special and rare.

Jerric and friends had a great time over the holidays. Here Vignar stopped Jerric on the street to give him a Saturalia present. It was an apple pie. santa.gif LINK.

Jerric, Lil, and Darnand took Rhano out for some Whiterun area adventures. As always Ulfe was with them, or she was supposed to be. Here Jerric is saying “Where’s the dog?” and the others are saying “I thought you had her.” They do not like to move into new sections of dungeon without tracking her down. (She is a non-combatant and runs away from fights, sometimes very far away.) LINK.

Jensa and Stenvar returned to Solstheim to continue some business there. Neloth is still a source of amusement to Jensa. Here she is again waiting for the action while a mage makes his big fuss. LINK.

So nice to hear that Jerric and friends enjoyed their Saturalia. happy.gif Gosh your game looks wonderful - a real tribute to your taste, choices and knowledge when it comes to mods.

So Viggy's got a soft spot after all, eh? tongue.gif

Who's got Ulfe watch? What a great idea having her set to run from combat. I've used some critters like that and they do pretty well at eventually catching up.

Jensa definitely has that 'Oh for the love of Talos!' look. She's probably thinking, I could hit someone six times with an axe before this wizard gets done casting his spell. biggrin.gif

Vinegar Vignar actually did something nice for someone? To most of my character he just says stuff like "In my day, we used to fight 15 miles to school, uphill, each way!"

Maybe Ulfe found some tasty bones to chew on? wink.gif

Let me guess, that's how Neloth makes popcorn! laugh.gif

Speaking of Jerric, has he been on Mothership Zeta recently? wink.gif
