Fish, rice, cabbage, diced potatoes and carrots with blended cabbage juice mixed with lemons and some nutritional vitamins(Horny Goat Weed and Ginko Biloba) to top it all off.

And yet I am, and live—like vapours tossed.
I long for scenes where man hath never trod
A place where woman never smiled or wept
There to abide with my Creator, God,
And sleep as I in childhood sweetly slept,
Untroubling and untroubled where I lie
The grass below—above the vaulted sky.”

Yes, dear Haute. To, uh, increase testosterone levels. smile.gif

DE, I figured that Horny Goat described the effect rather than the ingredient! laugh.gif

Im headed out to the Grits family traditional pizza before local theater show today. It should be fun to see my towering teenaged son at a performance of The Little Mermaid. The pizza is how I get him there!

Uh, DE, I was just poking a little fun at the name of the ingredient and the fact that I read this right after a certain quest in Skyrim.

I figured that it described its effect more than anything else resembling a certain hardy mammal.

After all, tigers and rhinos face extinction for the same reason. At least you're using a plant instead. Kudos to you!

And hey, us women use estrogen supplements for -- umm -- health reasons too! wink.gif

Grits, how coincidental! This morning it feels like autumn here and, sure enough, looking at the forecast it looks like a whole week of autumn weather ahead. Luvs iced coffee and have been using pumpkin flavored coffee the last couple days to make it.

This morning however was an english muffin with sausage, cheese and vegemite.

Heh, Lucy does give a pretty good facial impression that matches that of most Americans when they first try vegemite. tongue.gif

The secret is to start with tiny amounts and think of it as a spice, not a spread.

On this lovely warmish fall day, grilled bratwursts on buns, and a harvest medley of garlic, onions, butternut squash, Yukon Gold potatoes seasoned with adobo seasoning and roasted in an aluminum foil pouch.

The rest of the butternut squash went into Curried Butternut Squash Soup for tomorrow.

Dinner tonight was washed down with Moose Drool.

Perfect!

Haggis flavoured chips.

I found some in England while I was there, and they were just the thing to eat while watching the results of the Scottish Independence Referendum. I brought back a couple of packets to show to the folks in the office who might otherwise not have believed they exist.

I wonder how they'd taste with the Moose Drool?

I just discovered that Moose Drool is not available east of the Mississippi because Moosehead, the Canadian brewery, owns the concept of moose-related beers. I'll have to put up with River Horse Hopalotamus instead.
