Serene gathered the strength of both Arco and Shakur, also the fact that Jonacin was in great danger made her even more strong and determined to defeat this creatures of oblivion.....seeing that Sel had taken the little girl she decided what her first attack should be:

She bent forward, collecting all powers she could and cast a blue-white lightning at Arcyakt, at the same time she shoved Shakur and Arco back and sidewards to get them out of the immediate danger

"AZURAAAAAAAAAAAAAA" she yelled begging the goddess for help.......

And now that I have returned, you still must dabble in my life. I'm just sorry that you send minions...why not come yourself? Hmm...I was named a coward for hiding behind a little girl...you do no different by hiding behind Serene."

He then spoke to the mortals.

"You want to fight me?" Arcyakt asked incredulously. "You realize that you will lose, even with the added power of Azura and your friends. I do not want to ruin my fun by killing you..."

You rejected my love once..in favor of younger girls...now I´m dwelling in this woman to show you the beauty and magnifice of a mature mortal......but she is not for you, she is mine and I will curse you for ever!" Azura´s voice broke, and the bright light dimmed for a second....Serene swayed and was nearly to fall over

Jonacin ran forwards, catching the swaying Serene and holding her up.
"Azura" he whispered, "if you intend to do something, do it now. Serene can't take this much longer"

Jonacin was right, to a point. Arcyakt could only read people's minds at certain times - but he wouldn't tell them that.

"I thought that maybe you would surprise me. I see I was wrong." He changed the subject. "You know that Azura is killing her, right? If Azura keeps inhabiting her body, she will die. But I have stopped Azura before...maybe I could do it again? Just to save Serene?" He doubted that his words would turn Jonacin, but maybe the thought of Serene dying would...

Niran took his hand from his wound and stood up, walking towards the mage. He knew he couldn't kill him, so he simply spat in his face.

"Why does everyone seem to do that?" he asked as he wiped the saliva from his cheek. "Is it because they feel helpless, and spitting in my face is a way of showing strength? I don't care that you insult me, mainly because I could kill you at any moment. Except for Serene, of course. Azura will kill her before I could ever get the chance".
