 MSN Emotions and Winks, How to create them? |

OK, this may be a bit noobish from me to ask, but how can I create my own winks and emotions for MSN Messenger?
I already know how to create an emotion, but it's automaticly resized to a small one, and it's useless to me then. I have some large emotions in mind!  Also, I have absolutly no idea how to create a wink.  I'm not intrested in downloading 1,000,000 free non-official emotions and winks, I would like to make my own.  Is some kind of tool needed?
