QUOTE(mALX @ Jun 10 2020, 04:42 PM) Holy Cow! Oh yeah; I see Brenna liking that! Wasn't it Brenna who went through the Falkreath Hold with me and Britta? She was most def a Reachwoman! That will be Awesome for her to wear!
Yes, we did go through Falkreath Hold! It was fun teaching bad Reachfolk some manners!

When I logged out from EU tonight, Hazmick was still on with Ciri - showing as Level 49. I suspect she'll be Champion level by the time he calls it a night.

Correct! We had some experience scrolls so have just this minute finished up the Pact storyline and hit CP43. Onwards to Coldharbour tomorrow. Still trying to figure out when to do all the DLC bits. I'd like to do Morrowind soon, as I really enjoy it, but don't want to bump into any characters there that I may meet in the Covenant or Dominion questlines - for dialogue purposes.

@hazmick: the recommended sequence for gameplay is to do the Main Quest first, then Coldharbour, then Caldwell's Silver and Gold, then follow that with Vvardenfell/Morrowind, Clockwork City, and Summerset. Elsweyr and Western Skyrim are both separate story lines, but because they use one or the other of the Five Companions, I suggest doing them after Coldharbour/MQ. I like doing them in the order they were released.
Because of a certain reference found in a certain library during a certain quest, I recommend doing Orsinium DLC sometime after you've done the Daggerfall Covenant story line.
Thieves Guild and Gold Coast can be done anytime, but again, I suggest you do them after completing Coldharbour.
Murkmire has its own niche and pretty much can be done anytime.
Hope this helps!

I'm not sure it's even possible to avoid anachronisms, as they've added NPC's from the later releases into the original zones, and you can run across them out-of-sequence no matter how you play.
For example. Lyris Titanborn is currently in the Harborage AND standing in the local Fighters Guild in Daggerfall. Since my EU character started in Elsweyr, there are two Sai Sahan instances, too. And i'm constantly pestered by messengers to go talk to Abnur Tharn someone other than where I left him.
So we just run where the skyshards are easiest to grab, and so on. The 25 quest limit keeps us from taking on too much diversity, anyway, especially if we reserve a few for the daily crafting.

Thanks Haute! It's been so long since Haa-Rei and old-Ciri did the base game that I've forgotten most of it. I recall that there's a side quest in Gold Coast involving Naryu, and another with Razum-dar, so might hold off on that until we're caught up.
Good point there ghastley, I've already had a messenger asking me to speak with Abnur Tharn (for Elsweyr stuff, presumably), even before I'd visited the Harborage for the first time, and other characters that really should have some "Hey, I know you" dialogue are lacking it.
Anyway, today Ciri will take the first steps into Coldharbour. She did the last Fighters and Mages guild stuff before even starting in The Rift zone so this can be the sole focus for the next day or two.

I saw that Ciri had just made the CP160 transition, which is reminding me that Fleur has that coming up fast. She's just passed CP60 and got a costume to wear, but she needs to start planning for what's underneath.
Trying to collect overland sets of CP160 while wearing the inferior grades is a pain, so she needs to be able to make something half-decent as soon as she gets there. We're saving up surveys for the Ruby level materials, but lack of traits is going to constrain what she can make. I'm wondering if restricting research to the pieces she'll use, and going for more traits, will be better use of research time than the usual even counts in everything.

Fleur has been trying to keep her crafting just ahead of her needs, but the rate she's getting CP, and the short intervals in the crafting ranks have conspired against her. Tonight she'll get crafting writs for Quicksilver, etc. without ever doing any Galatite ones. I just hope she's had the time to gather the mats for a round. We've stopped doing alliance stories, and are Skyshard hunting in delves, to get crafting Ranks as quickly as possible.
When she hits CP160, she should already be doing Rank 10 - Ruby level, and we'll immediately go do some surveys with her crafting and playing levels matching for full ruby materials. If she survives the outing, she should be able to make a two-trait set to help gather a set of Spriggan's jewels and weapons. after that, she can grind away at research for the six-trait sets (Julianos, Hunding's, NME) that everyone uses.
I'm considering doing a set of tank gear at around 4 traits and training Sword and Board, so she can assist in the field, too. Green Pact or Plague Doctor would be part of that.

I've been rather busy these past few weeks. I started training for WFH, but that's on hold so I'm back into the game while waiting for a resolution from Corporate. I've got several projects on my honey do list: Get Stefan Arngrimsson through his Caldwell's Gold. Currently we are about 1/3 of the way through Shadowfen. Max out Argis's Antiquity skills. Currently he's at 10 in Excavating and just a hair away from 10 in Scrying. Level up Lady Cora's Antiquity skills by getting all the free greens and blues (and eventually purples) in all the base game zones and she gets the first treasure chest perk. Help Phae and Stefan with their Alliance skills so they can get the skills they need on their bars (Caltrops). Scouting missions during Midyear Mayhem might be the way to go . . . Finish decorating Phae's newest housing build, Orbservatory Prior. Get Julian through Southern Elsweyr and Craglorn, and maybe start her in Vvardenfell. and the list goes on . . .

EU character Fleur has hit CP100, and also Rank 9 in her Clothier skill. If we can get her to 10 before she turns CP160, there's a chance she can make a reasonable set of gear to go farming Spriggan's with. We're mainly doing Dolmens for the jewels to deconstruct, and the miscellaneous loot is feeding the other skills. At this level, nothing is worth keeping, as it's all about to be replaced.
She's gone into Cyro for her training, which left her at Alliance rank 3-and-a-half, so she'll need to do some BG's for the Warhorn, Vigor and Caltrops while the double AP is available. Al may do a few more on NA, too, as he also doesn't have the Caltrops,
On NA, only the two youngest are still doing the daily rounds of mount training and Bolgrul delves, although Clark and Leveque have a few more traits to research, so they get loaded from time to time. Unna collects her hireling mail, even though it's the same each time now, and Laurie keeps the bank clear, and does Master writs as they come in. She needs to collect some furnishing materials, and do some more of that this weekend. We have too many empty houses.

QUOTE(Grits @ Jun 24 2020, 01:16 PM) Antiquities has been a lot of fun. I don’t even mind digging up the entirety of Artaeum for the steaming treasure chest perk. It’s pretty there and the weather is always nice.
Stamden Jerric took me through our first trial ever this weekend – vet Hel Ra Citadel. He didn’t mean to do it, but some folks needed help and promised that it was easy (for them), that they would call out the mechanics (which they occasionally did), and that it would be fun (it was!). He got the crew a new shiny dye color and there was much rejoicing.
Wow, Congrats to Jerric!!!!! I am also loving the Antiquities, whichever Dev came up with that one = Kudos!!!!!! * I broke down and finally bought the house in Wayrest I've been wanting since Housing came out, lol. It won't be decorated for a LONG time; just really glad to finally have it! In other news: I have three new "Baby" characters = but only one is playing at this time = Amiela Imbel (from Oblivion Lore and Maxical's story, lol). ** In Oblivion Lore she is the wife of Jakben Imbel; but in Maxical's story = Jakben Imbel is actually Dagoth-Malan using illusion magic to LOOK like Jakben Imbel (while the real Jakben Imbel is being held prisoner in Dagoth-Malan's dungeon) and Amiela was technically actually Dagoth-Malan's wife. Since I added Dagoth-Malan to my game; may as well have Amiela too! Amiela is a Breton Templar. She just turned Level 31 (late last night or early this morning). Here is a picture of her with her pet wolf: https://imgur.com/tf90QXT* This post has been edited by mALX: Jul 2 2020, 10:24 PM

Fleur, my EU character, needs some advice. She's at CP154 and has L50 and Rank 10 in Clothier and Blacksmith, so she can make her own set armour when she hits CP160. She has also collected 350 rubedo hide, 200 ancestor silk, and 150+ rubedite, so with a few more hides, she will have enough material, too. She left the quest that grants a Spriggan's bow for later, and has access to all the wayshrines in Bangkorai to go dolmen-running for her jewels. Research completed is a mix of 3 and 4 traits. What I can't decide is whether to make a set of Night's Silence (only two traits needed) now (at CP150), and keep the materials for when she can make six-trait sets; make a set at CP160 when she gets there, and collect again; or re-spec as a tank, and see if we can make Fortified Brass (4 traits), and collect Plague Doctor.
