Here's a place where you can post your character's adventures in whatever manner you see fit, from the briefest location report to in-character journals and stories. I'll start with a very short update. Jerric is headed from Bal Foyen all the way back up to Bleakrock Village to check on the villagers and Captain Rana. Unusually for him he is not sure how to get there, other than north. (He blames the ash.) During the last attack Jerric chose to defend the civilians in the hope that Captain Rana and her group could hold the docks long enough without him. It seems that they did because his position was not overrun from that direction during the fight, but he has a bad feeling just the same. By now they should have returned home. He just needs to see it before he can move on. . This post has been edited by Grits: Sep 15 2016, 11:36 PM

QUOTE(ghastley @ Jun 11 2021, 02:55 PM) UESP is accumulating a list here. If the values are available to the UI add-ons then it won't be long before there's s tool for it. Oh, this is terrific, thank you so much!

I installed an add-on to show the actual rapport numbers ( this one)and discovered that the "kill bandits" value for Bastian should be only +1, not +10, so I've updated the wiki. But only after wasting at least a couple of hours with Blossom in Wrothgar. I'd started to doubt the value of killing bandits, and I turned out to be right. On the positive side, his extra levels were as expected. This post has been edited by ghastley: Jun 20 2021, 12:17 AM

We finished the main questline in Murkmire yesterday, now we still have some of the region to explore, do some random adventuring and close up some quests. As I already commented in the Screenshot thread, I really am in love with everything that Murkmire has to offer. Usually I'm not someone that pays a lot of attention to music but the one in Murkmire immediately got my attention and as I was about to log in, I was looking forward to music as well. For instance, I can't recall the main music theme in any of other provinces we've been through but the one in Murkmire is often playing in the back of my mind, even when I'm not gaming.
I was also positively surprised how many times Shonta's race was recognized in dialogues. Maybe that's also the case if you're Dark Elf on Morrowind or Orc in Orsinium but it wasn't just one or two times that NPCs reacted to race, there were countless times, when he was recognizd as an Argonian.
So, as I said, we'll be staying in the swamps for some more, then it's probably off to Wrothgar.

I've got Mirri and Bastion up to house-guest level of Rapport on both NA and EU servers, so it was time to do something about their combat levels. Since Floozie was in need of another Rattlecage ring, so she can swap out her Ring of the Pale Order for group situations, we decided to do some nVoM with Bastian as a tank.
The other part of that was that enough heavy companion gear had dropped (because we weren't using it) that he could swap into that, plus sword and board, without further expense. With Floozie being a Templar, I expected she'd have enough heals to keep him alive. So we managed to get through, but probably no better than running fully solo, as Bastian has a nasty habit of roll-dodging out of area heals, and the dying.
I had much the same with Blossom, who's a Stamina Templar without the restoration staff, and uses Vigor as much as the class heals.
We picked up a Rattlecage necklace, and a Ring of the Worm, so RNG was acting on form. Bastian seemed to be getting a lot less XP than he usually did as mage in overland, perhaps because a tank does less damage?
Has anyone else run him as tank, and how did it work out for you?

Yup, you're generally advised to play DLCs in order of release , but you get all the quest starters thrown at you concurrently which can make it a bit confusing.
