EDIT: But I was thinking that since Hircine is inside Celia's mind (sort of), you can perhaps catch him off-guard? Like, out-smart him? That's why I think slipping it into her drink or something would be good.
I was making it so every time Hircine thinks you're giving her the potion, he would cause her pain. If he thinks you're not doing any funny business, then he would not cause her pain when she drinks...
