Sheogorath's Palace is a bit confusing and not entirely logical. Which is very logical in itself, I find.
 House of Mania it is!  (I think they have the same blue windows throughout, although other buildings in Mania indeed tend to have orange/red windows. But the flame gives it away.)-------------------- |
