Er...sorry, I've somehow missed a few answers on here.
Okay, I'm not sure if Grits's answer was a guess or not; since she did name the character; but she didn't name the location; (though I'm sure she knew it). I get the feeling she (and Ghastley) knew, but was holding out for you anyway since (like me, you can only answer the Oblivion and Fallout ones). So Mirocu, you are absolutely right!
