Is that in Sanctuary Hills? I was wondering how come it will let me demolish some buildings there to get down to just the foundation like in your first pic, but other buildings there I cannot get rid of? That is a pretty fancy shack on the inside! Lots of Nuka. A float sounds great! Those are some impressive sideburns above her bed! Shaz is rocking a great mohawk! Looks like she has seen some mileage though... She looks like a Punk Mobster, is her last name Soprano?

SubRosa- Yes, it is one of the foundations down next to the water on the east side of town. I have no idea why only some house can be scrapped and not others- perhaps the numerous quests are linked to the area so we have to keep them. Other than that I am not sure. Remember the robot who gives us a tour? Those houses he enters to combat the roaches still stay. I have put a vault mod close to my house yesterday. It connects wonderfully well with the pathway and side door I happened to put there. It makes it feels like twin children! In this pic the vault sits closer to the water. The balcony of my house can be seen over the umbrella. The blue door on the right is the vault mod. Lopov- Thanks! I have plenty of outfits to chose from in the game. The great thing about FO4 is that ballistic weave can be placed on all items to boost their defense rating- so it is easy to match and mix. Shaz is going with the suit look to help blend back into society. A new day dawns in the CommonwealthNew hairstyle for ShazIt is amazing what you find in this gameBethesda team meeting** I am using a mod now that changes the difficulty setting. It gives x2 player damage across the board and lifts enemy damage to x2 at normal to x4 at very hard. I like playing Fallout with more realistic bullet damage and it makes me seek cover and chose my firefights. Do any PC gamers here play around with these things? Shaz is doing early railroad at the moment- hoping to find out more about her missing son and what the synths are up to. She kicked butt in the firefights but missed seeing the mine when she was leaving the building. KABOOM! This post has been edited by Winter Wolf: Dec 31 2016, 05:01 AM

Interesting looking sky, like it's painted - is that vanilla? Wow, great hairstyle! She looks so tough, I know I already said that but the combination of her rugged face with business suit is perfect. Teddies seem to suffer a lot in FO4, now this, and SubRosa already showed us a caged teddy. LOL @ the caption of the last pic! Did Shaz overhear their plans for the future?

I just don't have the interest in going to all that trouble to muck with the workshop stuff. I mostly just want to explore, kill things, eat them, take their treasure... You know, good old-fashioned gaming! Cool sunrise over Sanctuary Hills. Love Shaz's folded over side buzz! Another great punk look. A Face-Hugger has got that poor teddy bear! That probably is what the staff meetings at Bethesda look like... Like all the other games, I leave the Difficulty setting alone and never touch it. If you like combat to be more lethal, you might try the Modern Firearms mod. It's not on the Nexus, but you can google it and find their page. It's guns are a lot more deadly than the vanilla ones.

QUOTE Whoa. Holy [censored] [censored] [censored] whoa. See this is why I love Bethesda games. All these people are like "durr, witcher 3 has better graphix", but does Witcher 3 have kitty-cats? Huh? I rest my case. Then again, shut up Renee. That's probably mod-added, not Bethesda-added. There's actually a lot of critter pictures in this last batch. Yeah, how did that cow get all the way up there? That cat has lynx patterns on its fur too. It looks like it's about to pounce something. QUOTE(Winter Wolf @ Dec 30 2016, 10:49 PM) This one (again) it's so photo-realistic. Shaz looks like an Aussie for some reason, I'm not 100% sure why, but the way she rocks mohawks with 3-pieceers. I love her residence too! This post has been edited by Renee: Dec 31 2016, 07:40 PM

Winter Wolf: The sub (The Yangtze) was doing more than recon. It was a ballistic sub, and it fired all of its strategic missiles at the start of the war, as it was ordered to. It might be the source of the nukes you see in the tutorial of the game. The Yangtze quest is a good one. It gives you the option of helping the captain or killing him. Helping him has it benefits, but for Hecate it was just the right thing to do. Hecate did run into the Vault Salsesman in Goodneighbor, and talked him into moving to Sanctuary Hills. Acadian: Hecate is a nice person, and she always prefers talking to shooting. So she could not kill the Chinese Captain out of revenge for a world that died over 200 years before. He was remorseful for what he had done, and that was more than enough for her. The least she could do was help him get back to his own home, after two centuries. I am not sure that warp cores are so easy either! Lopov: Hecate actually got her Commie Sub Hat from the First Mate. He was a feral farther down in the ship, along with the rest of the crew. There was a lot of zombie killing involved... The ghoul in the trenchcoat is one of the first characters you meet in Fallout 4. He is the Vault Tec salesman who appears in the tutorial, and sells you your place in Vault 111. He tried getting into the Vault when the bombs fell, but they wouldn't let him in. So he had to survive the old-fashioned way, by becoming a ghoul! You can talk him into coming back to Sanctuary Hills (where you lived before the war, and start the game). Wow! That shot with the bloody big Yao Guai is awesome! Love the color and texturing you have added. Or is that an albino one- I haven't encountered that one yet. Not sure how Hecate would be able to sneak with that guy beside you. His sniffles and bad breath would give you away. Heacte did find the dragonborn! Now hiding out in a run down community- what a fall from grace! ** Lopov- Yes, I am pretty sure the sunrise is vanilla. I do run the True Storms mod on Fallout at the moment. It changes up the rain, rad storms, audio etc but keeps default clear weather. The lighting and weather is stellar in FO4 and you will love it. Speaking of which when are you going to play it? SubRosa- QUOTE I mostly just want to explore, kill things, eat them It is a very good thing you did not play Teresa as a stereotypical meat eating Bosmer. Hiding in the sewers and venturing out at night she could have easily chewed herself through all of Cyrodiil. I have switched back to default difficulty- I was missing the length and variety of both inside and outside VATS combat. With x2 damage you dominate too much as most times it is easy to get the jump on people. Next time I will try x2 to me and x3 to the enemy. And no healing. Renee- Thanks! I have not considered that Shaz might look Aussie. That is awesome! This post has been edited by Winter Wolf: Jan 1 2017, 02:28 AM

@SubRosa - is that a Commonwealth variant of a Yao Guai? It no longer looks like a rabid bear. That guy is wearing banded iron armor. Looks like Hecate wasn't the only one who was frozen for a few hundred years. @Winter Wolf - LoL @ Marcy Long, who is she actually? My current laptop can't handle FO4 but because it works fine, I'm not going to buy a new one yet. I'm thinking of buying a new PC when next TES comes out if I will still have time to game at that point because we plan to expand our family in this or next year.

Acadian: Mr. Handy is actually a house-hold helper robot. So he might come with... attachments... Turns out that most people would be better off staying away from Covenant, as the denizens have a habit of kidnapping, torturing, and murdering them. Hecate liked the Dragonborn guy. His name is Honest Dan, and unfortunately he is only involved in one quest, and then vanishes from the world afterward. Maybe he had to go back to Skyrim to kill more dragons? Lopov: I am using a mod that replaces the textures of several animals, the Yao-Guai is one of them. That is why it looks so healthy. Bethesda clearly reused the iron armor for the base of that shirt the Dragonborn guy is wearing. He looks like he stepped right out of Skyrim. I rolled a new toon to b87t teh game with. This time to try out melee weapons. Meet Elektra (the game actually has her name, so people call her that. Lopov: Flyiinnn Soooo Hiiiiighhhhh! That was a Bloatfly that made such a dramatic explosion. Fallout 4 has much more graphical deaths, with big fountains of blood when you kill people. The burlap hood thing is really creepy. It makes me think of the monster from an urban myth. Acadian: I have actually had a lot of trouble with Elektra. It started with actually making two characters with the same basic face, Mochizuki Chiyomi and Elektra. I just changed the hair and skin tones between them. Elektra won out because the red hair worked better with the red and orange in her nano suit. In fact, I got her name because I was scrambling for what to call a red-haired ninja! But it got worse from there. I had a lot of trouble with her nose. It was crooked. In some pics it is not noticeable, but in others taken from an angle it really jumped out. The problem is the new face gen, and the way you can reshape faces by dragging the parts with the left mouse button. Without realizing it, I must have pulled the bottom or top of her head and/or nose to one side, and bent it. I have spent hours working on it over and over. Since I couldn't see well enough to do it in the game, I had to go back to the Vault Exit where you get another chance to change you face. Then after updating it there I had to use the Face Ripper to copy that face to her current save. That in turn was made harder because Bethesda completely changed how they name and organize save files. I think I finally have it fixed, but keep staring at it, probably to the point of being overcritical. The jet pack has been a lot of fun. It does not let you actually fly. More like make extended jumps. But it has allowed Elektra to jump (mostly) clear of a mine she stepped on. It is also great for leaping across radioactive rivers by making timed bursts of jet. Likewise it allows her to jump off really high buildings and cushion her fall with short bursts of jet. A few times she has even leaped across fatal drops to get at baddies across the gaps between roofs or scaffolds. SubRosa - Sorry for the troubles getting happy with Elektra’s face. She does look good now though. “Does this power armor make me look fat?” Moonrise – where is the other moon. . . oh, nvm. Disarmed – no surprise there. Wow, Night Light is spectacular! * Cain - Welcome to Elizabeth! Have fun!
