For the guild meet, Buffy will be happy if she can dance and drink a bit of Tamikas. Beyond that it occurs that some of the newer characters might want to nominate some world bosses in the zones they are currently working that we could all gang up on to turn some black skulls and crossbones white on their maps. That is only one idea though, and alternatives are certainly welcome.

I wouldn't say selfless, I use that place daily too! It really is such a convenience to have everything you need entirely under one roof that way (well, except the Fence and the Imperial City Tables; but they are just a hop away at Monkey's).
