This thread can be used to discuss the soon-to-be-created PC NA guild, so as not to clog up the other areas of the forum.

First order of business is a name. Drop any ideas in here or shoot me a message and I'll chuck them all into a strawpoll some time and everyone can vote on it.

Names can include spaces and punctuation but not numbers, and there is a limit of 25 characters.

We are now in stereo! There is a corresponding EU copy of The Chorrolites, and so far we have four members, two of whom are Grits. Once we reach the magic ten, I'll create a bank, and duplicate the heraldry.

Other than that it was all chat tonight, with the threat of an echo later.

Ever since I created the EU copy of "The CHorrolites", I've been getting a notification each time I log in that the Message Of The Day (MOTD) has changed. That's both on EU AND NA, and in neither case is it true. Has anyone else had these bogus notifications? I'll put in a ticket for it, but want to know if this just a Guildmaster glitch before I do so.

If you leave the notification in your Notifications; you won't get any more unless it does actually change. By deleting them; the game's Guild setup will always send you a new copy to make sure you have the latest information. (so not a glitch).

I've logged into NA a dozen or more times or so between today and yesterday and have not seen a notification about Chorrol's message of the day being changed since it was actually last changed many weeks ago.

One notification on EU is appropriate, as I did add one on Friday when the guild was created. If it's persistently saying there's a change, it's a problem.

I did not make any change on NA, and so nobody should get any notification there.

I just logged onto both servers with both of my accounts and got notifications that the MOTD had changed on each. It's not bothersome to me, just sharing the info.

Just got a call from my heating/ac contractor who wants to come out briefly today. He should call when he's actually on the way but if I'm late to the meeting, a no show or have to pop out with short notice, that's what it's about. Hope to make some or all of the meeting though.

Hear ye, hear ye!

Tonight it has been decreed that, from this point forward, all Chorrolite members are to wear Nordic Bathing Towels as our official uniforms when clearing out dungeons during our official guild meetings. No exceptions. Grits, mALX, ghastley, and I performed our inaugural public dungeon delve under this new statute when we mowed through Sunhold. You may choose to wear whatever other uniform you want at any point other than the appointed time.

If a member does not wear said Nordic Bathing Towels at the time it has been required, the first offense shall be met with a 100 gold fine. Upon breaking the rule a 2nd time, the offender shall be subject to a severe flogging. And for a 3rd infraction...well, you do NOT want to know what happens upon a 3rd infraction.
