That Konrad reminds me of myself when I was his age...Well, a little. I wonder if he's ever considered studying Battlemagick... , Anthanes thought to himself.

"So, Megil, did Azura send you with some sort of message? We have no clue where to go from here - I assume she told you of Arcyakt?"

Shadow was rather surprised of this event, both amusing and exciting. This once again reminded him of the fun of adventuring. He decided to follow these men and find out if there are any vacancies.
Entering the Mages Guild, a place wich had to be his least visited in Ald'Ruhn, he ignored the queer looks he was getting and waltzed down the hallway, trying to navigate. In a few minutes he had found the way to the Guild Steward.
Oh, mighty fine. Teleportation. I was afraid I might come to that. Why must adventuring always include something I cannot comprehend?
But since he had firmly decided to go, he asked the destination of the man who had gone before him, payed the fee and stepped on the platform.
When he opened his eyes (he had unconciously closed them for unexplainable reasons, at least for him), another Mages Guild was in front of him. He had heard from the men's talk that they were headed for the Eight Plates, so he went there.
Entering, he immediately felt that he was disturbing the scene. The adventurers were all there, and so was the battlemage and the paralyzed man. He suddenly felt very stupid and didn't know what he was doing there...

[Megil Tel-Zeke]

"I'm afraid Azura in all her wisdom left me absolutely no message or clue as to what i was to do once i met up with the group, neither did she mention a 'Arcyakt'. Who is that?"

Megil saw someone observing the group from a distance, but just sat and waited unsure of the observer's intent. "Do you guys know him?" he said to the table making a head gesture to the man watching them.

Anthanes raised a brow.

"I'd like to know about this 'Arcyakt' character aswell. Who is he?"

Anthanes grinned, and added. "And would you object to have a certain half-dunmer battlemage coming along on your various adventures?
I don't think I'll be taking any missions from the Mages' Guild anytime soon."

[Dantrag]

"Evil mage with a big dragon, a rather long and boring story." Sel answered, not really in the mood to tell the entire story - he had hoped Azura had done that job.

"Evil mage? Dragon? He must be of some power. I take it this is your 'nemesis' , yes? "

Anthanes has a curious look about him. It is obvious he wants Sel to tell him more about this 'Arcyakt'.

"These guys travel too much..." Fenris commented, standing in the Mages Guild. "Might as well..." he muttered and stepped outside. He headed into the Fighter;s Guild and collected his repaired armor, equiping it. That Done, Fenris turned towards Balmora. With a shouted word, he was soaring towards the Hlaalu town.

He landed in the middle of Odai river. "Gotta work on my aim.." he muttered, climbing out. He headed into the Eight Plates, stopping momentarily to shake himself off like a dog. Fenris noted the others, and after grabbing a jug of Sujamma, joined them. "Yup, nemesis. Crazy boat Altmer mage."

"Hello," said Shadow. "I believe I've met some of you in the Rat in the Pot. The name's Shadow. Might I join you for a drink?"

[Dantrag]

"this group is getting too big." Sel commented to himself.

"Sure, sit." Sel said, pulling up a chair.

Anthanes nodded at Fenris.

"I see. And you would be?"

[Megil Tel-Zeke]

"sounds like a formidable foe. I assume you are trying to bring him down?" turning to Shadow and the new arrival, he began to wonder how large this party was.

"Greetings shadow, I'm megil don't believe we have met." turning to the new arrival "and you would be?"

Shadow ordered a Flin and sat down thankfully. He decided to be really quiet and just listen to the tales of others, soaking up as much adventurous spirit as he could.
"Well, basically let's just call me a jack of all trades," he said to Megil. "I do a little of this and a little of that."

[Dantrag]

"This is Fenris - Nordic tongue - just don't mess with him." Se lsaid with a laugh.

"And yes, we are trying to take down Arcyakt - I'm still not convinced that it's a wise thing to do..."

Anthanes nodded. "I see. And you wouldn't happen to be looking for a skilled battlemage to aid you in this venture?"

The knowledge that Arcyakt must hold...The magical items alone...They'd suffice to get me a few promotions in the guild...And getting rid of a dangerous evil mage is a pleasant side effect...

[Megil Tel-Zeke]

"Indeed," Megil reponded eyeing Fenris up and down.

"So are there any plans, any hints or clues as to where to go next?"

[Dantrag]

"We aren't looking, but we aren't declining offers either. your choice." Sel said to Anthanes with a shrug.

"No we have no real clues." Sel answered Megil. "He usually finds us, though."

Anthanes grins. "Providing you can control your agressive friend here" he nods at the paralyzed man "count me in."

[Dantrag]

"Yeah, about that." Sel began. "You may want to let him free now - he only gets more angry with each second. He's going for you first, and then me for not doing anything about it."

Konrad leant back on his chair, scratching his nose. "So what are we doing now? We can't just drink ourselves stupid. Where in the world is Serene?"
