Why does nobody trust Anthanes? He's a nice guy deep inside, y'know
Fenris' reasons:
- Part Dark-Elf. Nords have a inherrent dislike of Elves, Dark Elves in particular, Fenris has this, he just doesn't show it too much.
- Worshiping Boethiath, who not only is a Daedra (Nords pretty much equate Daedra to Demons) but the one of Deciet and treachry.
- In addition, he seems rather er...bloodthristy.

Well, Celia doesn't really hate him... Just a little, er, wary, is all. If she's willing to give Niran a second chance, then she would give the battlemage a chance... even if he is a little, er, unhinged? But at least the battlemage is not disrespecting Celia or hurting any innocent children (yet), so she's okay with him, I guess.

Oh, Niran has a very bad opinion of Jonacin as well . . maybe Jonacin will be surprised at Niran's behavior when he comes back.
Anyway for killing the slaver, Niran now officialy hates Anthanes.

Oh that's nice . . Niran is an idiot, but he's trying to be nice to everyone now. . excluding Anthanes of course.
