Death stared the imperial in the eye.

"Not many people wish for death...especially from Death himself." Death said. "What a strange coincidence, no?"

he shook the thought away. No one else here would see the humor.

"No, I won't kill you yet - I still need you to convince the others to come along."

"You won't," Niran laughed, a hollow laugh, as if he was going insane "Damn! Why the hell won't you. It's such a damn simple request."

"Celia, you choose what you choose, don't figure me into it. My life means nothing, I have no one left of this stupid little place." Niran spoke more "The same goes for the rest of you, Fenris, don't hesitate to fight because of me."

Niran became silent.

"Will you still try?" he asked, looking mainly at Fenris.

"Will you still fight me, knowing that I would kill your friend? No, I don't think you will." he said with a smile.

"You could still try, though. It wouldn't hurt my feelings a bit."

Death smiled. He looked at Celia. "Would you let him die now?" he laughed, then, he knew he had them now - or at least two of them.

"Come along, before I am forced to kill him."

Serene stood absolutely still, the aura was fainter now, she had a stern concentrated look in her face...there was something weird...someting comin in some other mind seeking contact..

"Serene..Serene...can you hear me?" It was like a call..a call from someone..very faint and weak, but it was there....persistently........

She was focusing on the voice in order to try to recognise it....was it?? Yes it was..

"Niran" her lips formed his name, "I hear you" she formed in her mind, "I´m here how can I help you? where are you?"

She then turned to Jonacin:

" I think they are in real trouble now, Niran is trying to contact me" she whispered, shivering with fear and sorrow, tears started forming in her eyes;

"Take my hand Jonacin, I have to get in contact with him, help me my love give me strength"

Anthanes opened his eyes. The fighting had allowed him time to concentrate as Death was distracted. Chanting in Daedric, he used every last ounce of his magicka to create a few potent blasts of frost and lightning which he aimed at Death.

And that, is why one does not mess with a battlemage.

Fenris had been planning on surrendering with Niran's capture, but when Anthanes interfered, he waited for Death's responce. Fenris saw too outcomes for this, either Anthanes' little attack would work, and not kill Niran, or it wouldn't work, and Niran would die. Why do these damn Dark Elves always have to be so damn difficult... he thought to himself.

Arco stood back as he had done. He knew Serene had tried to contact him, but she focused on another he knew. Arco held a hard grip on his scimitars as he held them low under his cloak waiting for something really serious would happen, but he stayed quiet...

The lightning bounced harmlessly off, striking the side of the cavern, but the frost got him and chilled his bones.

He still stood in the same place. at least master saw fit to protect me from one of those spells. he thought bitterly. He calmly reached into a small bag on his belt and pulled out a potion. He promptly drank it - reflect was always a pleasant surprise for users of magic.

He looked down at Niran, wondering if either of the spells hit him. "And you say that I have no heart."

OOC: I could be Sel again any time. Or you people could shut up and stop trying to be heroes....lol.

Oh, and I will be gone from 9:30 am until around 4:00.pm (if you don't know what time that is where you are, check the chart )

Jonacin took Serene's hand and held it tight, looking deep into her eyes, giving her strength to do what she had to do

Serene felt the strength ooze fron Jonacin to herself and increased the magnitude of the telepathic force....

Death can't do that. And if you mean OOC, then I think I just did...

OOC: Then beware....Serene will now let Sel´s memories and personality copme back to him! (He might need a therapist after that! )


Serene got no answer to her tries to contact Arco or even Niran, so she decided to let Sel´s mind and memories come back to him, maybe he could do something, he was a strong man and if necessary she could bring Jonacin and teleport them to where the others were.....if someone cared to tell her that was....


So she chanted the spell that made Sel "come back"......but not entirely....she omitted his memories of the time before they met...in that godforsaken inn. Even though she was terribly worried that it might cause him a lot of pain..but.....it was needed to have him back...

"Sel....I´m here if you need me you won´t remember your past....yet.."

Niran looked at Death, what the hell was taking so long, why wasn't anyone doing anything. . .

Recovering from the shock of Niran's outburst, she shook her head. "Oh, Niran..."

She turned to Death. "Leave him alone!... I'll go peacefully...just don't kill anybody!"

She faced towards Fenris and quickly healed his minor wounds. She pleaded, "Please, mister Nord, just do what 'Death' says..."

She turned to Death, sadly hanging her head. "Fine. Take me to your..."-she gulped and her face full of disgust- "'master'."

"What?!!" Niran said in disbelief, "No, don't give in! Fight, damnit, fight!'

Celia stated sadly, "I, I can't, Niran! I would fight and run away if I was by myself... But I'm not, and I'm not risking anybody's life because of a refusal..."

Niran looked at death

"Kill me now, now! So help me, if you don't kill me now, I'll kill you when you move that sword!"

"I've had enough of this," Osano said impatiently, "Now that I'm here you don't even stand a chance of resisting. In fact, the next one who tries anything might just lose a finger or two." He had been watching Death handle the situation thus far. He had it under control but Osano wished it would move a bit faster. "I'll make you a deal," he added with a dark smile, "your cooperation, or your thumb." Osano hoped that it wouldn't go that far. He wouldn't be able to bring himself to cut off someone's finger.
He turned towards Death, "I don't believe we've met. Name's Osano," he said extending a hand.


OOC: we can't really do much with dantrag gone... perhaps we could say that he stopped moving after getting the memories, or he collapsed or something.
