"Greater Good." Sheogorath said with a laugh, "What greater good. And my intentions are not selfish. Megil's powers can become more powerful through madness. for It is only after all the boundaries are destroyed that trully unique power can show its strength."His power is far stronger than your's Arcaykt, he does not need silly mirrors or an army of dwemer constructs to do the work for him."
Sheogorath played around with his walking stick.

Shakur looked at Acyact madly. "A real god? You insult the great hunter? He left to give way for the fight, not because he is afraid. The great hunter would crush you and as you die slowly and painfully, I'll drag you to the hunting grounds and watch as Hircine tears you to shreads over and over and over again".
Shakur looked to the sky, and then to his enchanted glass left gauntlet, which other than his heavy ebony helmet was the only armour he had. He summoned a Shehai in his left and best hand, and it felt light in his gauntlet. Shakur thought about life, death and everything he has done between those to points, and wondered about what would happen if he died. He started feeling strong and agile, the adrenilene was kicking in. Only skill could help him now.

OOC: i'm skipping both of y'all
IC: Sheogorath smirked.
"Do you ask those you capture and torture if they are willing, what about those two fellows who follow you now, do you tell them the truth? Do not act like the righteous man, when you yourself do it for selfish reasons."
Sheogorath turned to Megil,
"So will you fight him"
"of course," Megil replied a grin on his face, "It would be my pleasure."

Arcyakt smiled. "Sheogorath, the death is on your hands." he said, standing calmly. "You care nothing for him if you would put him against me, no matter waht you say."
He pointed his staff at Sheogorath. "I could beat you here, your servant will be much easier, I'm sure."
Just to prove his point, Arcyakt forced his own mind into Megil's, pushing himself in and Sheogorath out. "See?" he said returning to his own body, and Megil free of Sheogorath - for the moment.
Sel
Sel actually approved of the fight. "I don't care who kills Megil for his crime as long as he dies." Sel muttered to himself so that everyone around him could hear.

"Hmmm, you are a fool, if I were you i'd listen to Shakur here." was all Sheogorath said before dissapearing into Megil's body. Megil approached Arcaykt and awaited for the Mage to make the first move.

Arcyakt yawned and leaned on his staff. He laughed at Shakur and his reasoning behind why he couldn't conquer Nirn. A sword had nothing to do with it. Nerevar held Trueflame, and he died on Red Mountain. Almalexia held Hopesfire, and was killed by the Nerevarine. The Nerevarine held both blades, and never conquered anything but the Tribunal. Did the emperor hold trueflame or hopesfire? No, and he had conquered half of Nirn. And despite that, his staff was a far more formiddable weapon than Hopesfire, or even Trueflame. Shakur was being dumb, according to Arcyakt.
He thought no more of Shakur and turned his attention to Megil. He cast a reflect spell on himself, and moved a finger lazily to paralyze Megil - just to test the waters.

QUOTE(Red @ Aug 8 2005, 02:07 PM) Shakur had gotten Arcyacts lack of confidence, which was a great thing to have. OOC: I get what you were saying now...i misread it. MageArcyakt chuckled, but he really didn't want to play around with this toy of Sheogorath. It was a waste of time. He picked up his staff slowly, and used it's power. Arcyakt's smile got wider as he watched Megil's soul leave his body and go into his staff. "I will take good care of this." he said to Megil's empty body as it crumpled to the ground. And he wasn't lying. He put his hand over the glowing crystal in his staff and pulled out Megil's soul - a blue, cloud-like object. He muttered a short incantation over it, removing all traces of Sheogorath, as well as preventing the mad god from ever entering again. He forced the soul back into Megil's body. "You're welcome." he said as he teleported himself back to his comrades. OOC: don't want another 932235934298579 day battle, sorry. This post has been edited by Dantrag: Aug 8 2005, 07:32 PM

he looked around, everyone was just sitting around.

"The hell.. Arcyakt just forced Sheogorath to leave Megil's mind.", Nocturnal said inside Rycarin's mind. "Mhm. At least he's a tad more sane now.", Rycarin thought back. Rycarin decided to stay out of Arcyakt's way, for the time being, as he seemed to be much stronger than he appeared.
