Anthanes then remembered something - the Under Skar, which was a bit damaged, and also a bit undefended. Letting out a series of Dunmeri curse words, he ran towards the hollowed-out dead emperor crab, ignoring the battle as he ran to the council hall. The entrance seemed to be covered with debris.
"Grrn.. Hang on in there... V'laash SHARMATHZKAM!"
The rubble promptly exploded, revealing the entrance through which the half-dunmer stepped.
"Status?"

QUOTE(BobV @ Aug 20 2005, 11:51 AM) The rubble promptly exploded, revealing the entrance through which the half-dunmer stepped. "Status?" Miner Arobar the Redoran Councilman who had been left to help supervise turned towards the ruckuss. He nodded. "We're fine in here, aside from being trapped 'till you showed up."

York moved quickly through the battlefield in search of any commanders or generals, slaying any that tried to stop him. He held two grudges now, one against Selenil and one against the archer that had nearly killed him.
He knew that he would have to get close enough that the archer couldn't shoot him with that bow and if he were to meet with Sel, he knew that he'd have to be quick and not get hit with his new blade.
As far as York knew they both could've died by now in all that was happening around them and he figured that Osano had killed the archer anyways so he continued to fight with the footsoldiers. The halberdiers were taking out too many of their troops as well, it all depended on which commander he found first.

Anthanes, spotting the officer he'd seen earlier, smirked. He sheathed Fearstruck, took out his bow, nocked back a cruel, pitchblack arrow, and fired at York's neck.

York heard something whistling and turned, just ducking in time for an arrow to miss his neck. He looked around half expecting the archer from the wall, but saw the damnable mage from earlier. He would kill him this time, and the officer commanding the halberdiers as well.
Be picked up a shield from one of the bodies and strapped it on, unsheathing his blade he slowly walked towards the mage on the wall. The occasional soldier stopping him for a moment before he killed him.
Alright, mage first....commander second...or commander first and mage second....
He kept the imperial shield ready in case of another arrow.

QUOTE(BobV @ Aug 20 2005, 05:27 PM) "I can't magically conjure up more, unfortunately!" , Anthanes said after he let the arrow go. "We'll just have to trust on steel and sorcery!" "I was hoping you knew of a good armory, but I guess that's out of the question now that those damn constructs attacked our weponry shacks" Shakur said. He noticed York as the arrow flew towards him. "Men! I'll be in plain site and will be back in a moment. Xcasius is in charge so follow his orders!" Shakur said before running towards York, Shehai summoned.

OOC: I'll edit if I need to. IC: York looked at the two men running at him together, knowing he might have trouble with both of them he yelled loudly hoping he was nearby,
"Osano!"
He slumped down a bit into his battle stance and readied his blade and shield.
Dammit..where is Osano when you need him?

OOC:Pretend this is after Sniper's last post...crap...I could've swore I added the part where I blocked his hit.
IC: With Osano's arrival he felt more at ease, though he was tired and hot in his heavy armor. The commander flew at him from above, York barely bringing his shield up in time to block it and barely keeping himself from falling.
He shuffled back to his feet and watched his opponent carefully, allowing him to make the next move.
