Lord Revan
Okay, up until now, I've largely done nothing to use my sub-forum. By the way, thanks a whole lot guys. wink.gif I feel honored that you all consider me worthy of this. embarrased.gif Chorrol was the first forum that I've ever joined, it's been a great experience for me, and I don't even know every way you all have changed me in nearly three years. I figured it would be good to make one place for general commentary rather than everything being scattered in different threads. To start off, I'd like to ask about your opinions on my characters, overall story, and even some personal questions if you want. (That last sentence sounded kind of narcisist to me......)
Whatever it is, just shoot. I'll be happy to talk about nearly anything (just nothing incredibly awkward).

I've just started reading your earliest story (Revan Pt. I). Not entirely sure what to make of it yet, but I'd say it's decent/solid so far. I think you've got a good idea of who Revan is, how he operates, and what he's good at. You were able to convey that very early in the story. One of the things I don't like about it so far (from what I've read) is that the updates are too short. Also, you could spend just a tad bit more focus on the setting and atmosphere of each scene. There's almost, but not quite enough. You seem competent enough that you'd be able to do this without too much extra work and without being too intrusive to the action.

Of course, this being a story from about two years ago, your style might have changed or evolved since then. I'm not really sure because I've only started delving into your body of work.

One thing I'd really like for you to do is to pitch in your thoughts to the "Writing Process" thread over in the Treydog subforum. I'm curious as to how exactly you prefer to go about writing a story.

I don't think I can summarize my style very well since its mostly on a spur of the moment kind of deal. I spend more time thinking about the story than writing it. I'd like to ask something of some of the European members. I want to write a new fiction (not a fan fiction) that will feature a few locales in Western Europe. So far I haven't hammered down any particular places except maybe a few cities in the British Isles.
