What an anticlimactic end for what should've been a new and fun venue for me. GodDAYUM EET, guys. Roll20 doesn't support mobile browsers (unless you pay) and since my computer's not really alive anymore, I can't really find a way to join you. sad.gif

Ah, well. I'll take out this sudden bout of frustration on you guys and make your characters SUFFER in the Sutch RP; I'm petty and malicious that way  tongue.gif

Boooooo! sad.gif

I loved the idea of the Arcane Trickster in Neverwinter Nights 2, but making it a rogue archetype looks to have robbed it of a lot of it's flexibility, from what I can find.

Eh, fair enough, then go for the multiclass. Do it!

For posting that Shia LaBeouf "Just Do It!" meme, you, my sweet, sweet Colonel Mustard, have just gained my undying enmity. I will find a way through space and time and somehow plant a hungry Daedroth ridden by a Dremora Valkynaz by JoJo and the Twin's dinner table. tongue.gif

OH YOU DID not JUST DO THAT AGAIN, PLEASE SAY YES URRRGGGHHHHH

Because you have been my partner-in-crime in the previous Sutch RP, therefore quite familiar with some of its aspects and plot, I'm going to lavish special attention on you, my sweet, sweet, Colonel. I can already taste your tears...

Ahh, the Sophomore year. In my opinion that is the greatest year a student will ever have, character-wise. You now have some juniors to set an example for and you still have seniors to overcome and outshine. Really the most fun year too.

Isn't that awesome when that happens? Oblivion (to me) was hugely inspiring for creative imagination; roleplay; writing.

Yeah, but it's kind of crazy. I think it's as much down to the character as Oblivion, though. He just sort of turned up and started talking. He's only partway through the tutorial, and I just had to start writing about him.

I don't know that I find Oblivion massively inspiring, but there's something about I find extraordinarily comfortable, like a really nice armchair or something. It's kind of hard to put into words.

Since I've been running into writer's block at every turn lately, I'm enjoying it while it lasts. biggrin.gif

I'm wondering how an idea and ten minutes of Oblivion gameplay can spawn four pages of writing, and I'm still not finished yet.

Isn't that awesome when that happens? Oblivion (to me) was hugely inspiring for creative imagination; roleplay; writing.

Great idea, write while the inspiration hits!

MY BOY!

THEY FINALLY RELEASED MGS5!

DO YOU KNOW THAT WRETCHED FEELING OF NOT WANTING TO WATCH A NEWLY RELEASED GAME'S GAMEPLAY SIMPLY BECAUSE YOU DON'T HAVE IT? THAT AWKWARD FEELING OF NOT WANTING TO READ SOME OF ITS LORE AND INFO SIMPLY BECAUSE, AGAIN, YOU DON'T HAVE IT???

I AM SPEAKING IN CAPS, BTW.

If you ever REALLY want to be traumatized, be the "middle-man" in a gross-out war between Foxy and Blackie. It took me 3 months to close my eyes and not picture some of those images! rollinglaugh.gif

Uleni Athram
Foxy.. And.. Blackie? In a gross-out war? Against .. Each other?!

Holy damnation, that must've been epic! If there's ever a time for a time machine to be made and used, it's right now, damnit! I would've watch and eventually join them in a heartbeat!

It was very epic, and horrifying all at the same time, I learned things I never wanted to know! It was one of those times you REALLY shouldn't click on a link, but ... beyond your control felt compelled to, urgh! rollinglaugh.gif

I would venture to say that; whatever your history holds, it could never match what I saw then, lol.

Not great, my son was in a car accident. He wasn't injured, but was hurt if you know what I mean. He aches and is stiff and sore, has bruises and lumps and welts from the seat belt; but no serious injuries (although they are watching the bump on his head).

So I've been pretty stressed out by that. Mothers always worry when their child walks out the door to go anywhere, and this is exactly why. You never know what can happen to them when they walk out that door, that you won't be there to save them from, urk.

But he seems to be doing better today; he went to both school and work today, so ... all is well (WHEW!).

Callidus Thorn
Ouch. Glad to hear he wasn't seriously hurt.

A car accident?? ohmy.gif

Heīs lucky then he didnīt suffer any major injuries, one can live with a few bruises. One guy I know got caught in between two full-size trucks. He was standing well behind one at an intersection and this other one came from behind and the driver didnīt notice they were standing still. When he did he stepped on the brakes of course, but these things take some time to stop as you know and the guyīs car got pretty much totalled. His legs got shot to pieces but remarkably the doctors managed to patch him up and by now he can walk pretty much normally again although I imagine he canīt run too good.
He must have had a dozen guardian angels that day. Iīm still amazed he wasnīt killed.

Well, all the best to mALX jr smile.gif

I will have nightmares about that accident, that is horrible! It is so amazing that the doctors were able to save his life, no less that he is able to walk again. Yes, I would say he had a whole team of guardian angels working on his side that day!

Thanks for the good wishes for my son, I appreciate that a lot!

mirocu
Number one reason to buy a big car; it doesnīt matter how many airbags your car has if itīs small and caught in between two trucks. You need a big car with good crash zones, the guy I talked about had a Volvo 740. No airbags and while itīs not the biggest car out there, still what saved him was the carīs size.
