This is, of course, the big problem with the above. It's impossible to maintain a respectful discussion with someone who is so adamant that their opinion is right, mostly because they won't be respectful of someone that they know is wrong. I recall a number of arguments back at Bethsoft about Morrowind/Oblivion/Skyrim(mostly comparative) that got ugly, or that just started under borderline nonsensical principles.

They were one of the fanatics that Skyrim generated. Not sure what TES games they'd played previously, but they'd defend Skyrim on any grounds they could, regardless of reality. They actually started that discussion after being all but chased out of another discussion about magic in the TES games, but it was kind of funny to see them try to defend their stance. Every Skyrim spell was counted as unique and distinct, while from Oblivion Drain, damage, restore, and fortify were each considered to be only one spell, despite the menagerie of effects they encompassed

It has a new roof, new central heat and air unit (but still needs new ductwork). Has new insulation in the attic, but still needs new insulation under the house. Has new wiring, but needs a new breaker box. Still needs deck work; still needs a retaining wall built. Still needs the driveway fixed/repaved, but that can't be done till the retaining wall is done.

@mALX - Would you say it´s winter inhabitable?
We lived in it through the tail end of last winter without the new insulation; so "yes," but the cold air seeps up through the floors so I really need to get my rugs cleaned and put down to insulate the floors till we can get the underside of the house insulated.
Rugs in here would make a big difference in how cold it gets. I have 5 oriental rugs, but they got a musty smell in storage; I'm not putting them in the house till I get that smell out, I'll toss them if I can't get it out.

No one wants to buy a musty rug, lol. I bought some stuff and hand cleaned them, but it didn't work. They still smelled musty, urk.
