True but Hickock says this as a throwback to Dirty Harry, leaving off the famed "do you feel lucky" portion of the quote with a wink and a nod to Dirty Harry fans.

His videos are full of popular film and cultural references that gun owners are likely to get. Also lots of informative and safety oriented stuff there.

Mostly just metalic ringing and exploding soda bottles though.

Those old movies are great. I've been on an old movie/show kick lately. Some great stuff from before I was even born.

Don't know why this didn't come to mind until now. It's definitely an all time favorite utterance, the culmination of what I consider one of the most magnificently executed "episodes" in all literature:

"Kneel and swear to the Dragon Reborn . . . or you will be knelt."

Just thinking about the 100 or so pages leading up this line has my eyes misting.

You got it! Book six, Lord of Chaos, at the tail end of the confrontation at Dumai's Wells. Jordan's depiction of the events leading up to Rand's capture and on through Dumai and its immediate aftermath has such an emotional impact on me that I sometimes read that section without bothering with the rest of the book (or series). An irony is I'm one of those who feel that the series bogs down for some volumes beginning with the next book (seven).

Thought so! Khajiit has read book 1 and started 2 but never finished it. Probably need to go back and try it again some time.
