The other evening I saw a comment by h.e.r. on the chat that she'd just encountered a "Captain Crustywhiskers" and liked the name, so I thought I'd start a thread for all the names you've seen that amused you, or felt suited the character particularly well.

I've recently seen "Sloe Djin" - presumably a sorc, and "Pinball Lizard" - an Argonian.

What have you encountered?

Edit: I know the effect this might have on Renee, but we'll have to live with that.
Grits
Jerric met Twerks In Shadows in a delve this morning.

Great. Now Khajiit is going to have Pinball Wizard stuck in his head. Now where did we put that chainsaw...

Cheesy Gordita Crunch will always have a special place in my heart. I found him in front of the crafting hall in Deshaan one afternoon, his name having caught me off-guard while doing writs. I haven't forgotten him since. I wonder if he's still around.

Also in Deshaan was Garlic Naan, a Khajiit. I did see him in other places, too, so he must still be active. Best cat.

I think I've seen other weird ones but these two have stuck with me. Special mention to Hates-Her-Life, since I was playing my own Hates in, you guessed it, Deshaan.

Cheesy Gordita Crunches are disgusting but delicious

Ah, but Captain Crustywhiskers is the cat overseeing the crafting writ drop off in Vulkhel Guard.

There are other cats and horses and dogs with equally entertaining names.

On the subject of character names, I've seen lots. One of my guildie runs an Orc named Kimchi Overload. As a fan of kimchi, I love that name!

Unfortunately, my swiss cheese memory does not retain names I only see once. But one DID stand out - a chance encounter with a passing toon named - you ready for this? - SubRosa!

Naturally I pinged our own Sage Rose to see if she had sneaked aboard the ESO train . . .

Oh ok thanks.

I always remember Basil Rathbone as the antagonist in the Errol Flynn movies, like Robin Hood, The Dawn Patrol, and Captain Blood.

During Illana’s adventures she encountered an Argonian mage called Sits-On-Spears.

Met a "Dyslexic Lizrad" in the BG recently.

Noticed a character today named Jeyne Deaux. After I chuckled, I immediately thought of our own Renee and her similarly clever creativity with character names. smile.gif
SubRosa
That will probably be Renee's next Oblivion character! biggrin.gif

A great list of names. smile.gif I'm always amazed at the originality or imagination people have with names.
RaderOfTheLostArk
Came across a character in the past week or so with the name of Shirley Templar. I thought that was pretty clever.

Also fought a fellow Argonian in a couple of Battleground matches named Works-In-Garden. I wanted to berate him for making fun of my marsh-siblings' plight in non-Pact Morrowind, but I have to admit that was pretty funny.
