I can't advise you on the jobhunt and stress management part, but try upping your daily intake of water alongside a daily multivitamin and see if that helps.
Read: Water is water! Diet Pepsi, Tea, Coffee etc, *contain* water, are not water! (Sorry, I've had so many patients not realize this...the amount of sodium and sugar in a 12 ounce can of Coke or Pepsi, would *kill* the average human being if they were added to an equally sized glass of water and drank in that fashion. Soda dehydrates you, and Gatorade is solely for post-physical exertion...interpret that however you wish Badger!)
