Maybe he already has been, and that's why the dog is being annoying. But seriously, when the dog is being annoying it is hyper and wanting to bark it up - I think the dog is Kobby's alter, and they switch roles and take turns irritating the other in kind. I mean, who is to say when that dog is having a bark-a-thon that it isn't telling all the other dogs in the neighborhood:
