Is there a certain charcter sign up templete I need?

Can I use a picture of a real person as my charcter?

If I say something to an NPC does someone say what they say or do I decide if it goes with their personality what they say?

Hi ImpSnob. Welcome! The first page of this thread contains the necessary info. This is a social RP that stays open (in other words we dont reset every week or so), so use your judgment with the NPCs. Sometimes I can jump in with a NPC response, but sometimes Im just busy. Use whatever format you like for your character info. Id say definitely use links for your pictures if you want to use non-TES images.

This is a great place to ask more specific questions, if any come up. Enjoy!
