I could complain just wouldnt be much point to it.

But...I am in a terrble neighborhood. Crackheads, and Dealers and General Lunatics, oh my!

I live in the boonies, farms or woods as far as the eye can see. We have a different kind of terrible neighborhood = wolves/hawks/owls eat your young pets; skunk and possoms scare the crap out of you by enjoying your deck at night (without knowing they are there you pop out the door and, "Surprise!"); Deer and rabbits eat your vegetables before you can pick them; one neighbor steals my berries and apples every chance she gets.

Thats why god invented bear traps amd signs that read: "One of these random peices of produce contains cyanide!"

Bear traps would get us sued by the neighbor if she stepped in one, but the sign is a good idea.

I told each of the neighbors they can have one sack of apples free; one free quart of the blackberries and a free pint of blueberries = trust basis, I'm not going to walk out there and watch them pick. They are SUPPOSED to buy any more they want.

That one lady was taking a lot more, and one year she totally cleaned us out. I think she was taking them and selling them - like we didn't want to do that with our berries, lol.

Anyway, the next year I tied my dog up by the berries and scared the crap out of her. When I heard him raising a ruckus I went out and caught her. Told her she'd gotten her last free berry from us and would be considered tresspassing if she set foot on the property again.

So she said I'd be sorry, that I didn't know who I was dealing with; that she was a witch and would put a curse on me. I told her she didn't know who she was dealing with, that I was a bitch, owned the berries and property, and was about to release my dog; she'd better start running.

She tried to sweettalk my husband to let her get some berries, and he told her it was lucky she'd dealt with me, he wouldn't have warned her first; just released the dog.


That ended that confrontation. (she avoids us now, and stays out of our fields).

There's some real shady looking dude hanging here at the gas station....

I'd have to keep a cup of gasoline by my register, someone tries to rob me, throw it on them. If they shoot their gun, they will ignite themselves and burn themselves up.

That's called, "if you're taking me down; you're going with me."

Get on your cell phone and pretend to call 911, talk as if you are talking to them, tell them there is a suspicious person in your store staring at you and acting strange, that the cameras have captured a good image of him, please send the police right away.
