I used to work with an engineer who has great hands. It was very distracting in meetings because hed have them up on the table and gesture with his mechanical pencil. I always had to sit with him next to me and look across at this other guy. I pretty much loathed him, so that kept me focused.

Er, no euphemisms. Especially the pencil part.

Oh gads.

Once I was working with a female partner, and it came up more or less as 'guy talk' and when I asked about it, she did kind of examine one and started blushing.

She said that she didn't really notice it unless she was into the guy, but said I had 'great hands'....

Still confused.

I was doing the books for a restaurant where they had a couple very fiesty elderly waitresses. One old farmer used to come in every day for coffee, who had the hugest nose and ears I've ever seen - I mean seriously ugly.

So being me, and them being feisty anyway; we decided that his nose/ears size was a euphanism for what you are hinting about here. We made up stories about how many accidents he had tripping/toilet lids falling down/etc. - kept us in hysterics for at least three months.
