My poor love bug is sick. I got paid today, so I got him crackers, applesauce, and bananas and ginger ale. I'm on top of this!

The downside? I was gonna go to a bar with some work friends tonight. We've been planning this for almost two weeks. Everyone canceled except two people.

It's been a quiet night in here. Everyone alright?

Liz: My son ended up being sick with what I had so I feel your pain. It is rough watching your baby suffer and being unsble to do anything about it.

Yeah, it sucks. He's a trooper, though. I hope your little one feels better!

Thanks. Luckily it is a pretty short lived virus so it looks like he's feeling better already. He was sick all day yesterday though.

It is a bit quiet.

I went to 'Vapetoberfest' at the behest of my new Sister-in-Law down in the Long Beach Area....yes...the LBC of fame from various songs of hip-hop.

Wasn't expecting too much, but it was fun. Literally clouds of vapor exuding from the floor show, and Vape Manufacturers of all regions and et cetera about. Found some great flavors and some...ummm...scantily clad younger girls.

(God bless 'Dress Scantily Clad Day'....I mean Halloween.)

The 'Vapetoberfest' Girl dressed in the Oktoberfest garb complete with Liederhosen probably thought I was stalking her because she kept popping up at the same booths we were visiting...not that I was complaining.

Wearing something very akin to this.

And, no she wasn't following me either. She was doing her rounds as her job required. Believe you me, I asked.

So, yeah, been cigarette free for several months now. Cut soda almost completely out of my diet, so I've actually lost more then ten pounds this month from that alone, I believe. (238 lbs. in September, 222 last Wednesday.)

I do have the occasional one on let's say, a nice cold cloudy morning with that perfect cup of coffee. Some things the Vape cannot replace. While smoking is indeed a habit with absolutely no benefit to ones self, and I would strongly advise to not take it up, at the same time things like those just become a pleasure that can't really be described to those who've never experienced it.

Not one worth getting emphysema or lung cancer over, however.

My Dad quit smoking using Vapours,apparently they're really good for quiting.
