The problem with that is that Telindil is the Spellsword Sellsword, but that title suggests that Telindil is a mercenary hired by a Spellsword.

I thought it implied that he´s a Spellsword who has a Sellsword, i.e a sword for hire.

So the Sellsword belongs to the Spellsword which makes it the Spellsword´s Sellsword! Savvy?

Since the apostrophe in "Spellsword's" confers ownership, it makes "Sellsword" the subject, which would be carried on into the latter portion of the title. Making Telindil a mercenary in a Spellsword's service.

And we're going all Captain Jack again, getting a little dejavu over here.

Dude, that doesn´t make any sense It´s still obvious that it´s Telindil´s tale and that his fanfic is called "A Spellsword´s Sellsword" with the Spellsword being him and the Sellsword being his weapon

But lets drop that and rejoice in the Christmasy atmosphere!
