Actually I think I just love the style of the old RPGs in general. Things like the armour and the shops. It's so simple yet so beautiful in its own unique way.

Unfortunately it wouldn't surprise me if you don't get that money back. The situation reminds me of when I was trying to get the cash back for my mums bday present. There was a special deal with $50 cash back if you purchased on a certain date and filled in the forms by another certain date but we never got it. Even after chasing and chasing the company was useless. It was annoying because we'd budgeted on having the cash back and spent an extra $50..

That was an even worse case since they promised that you´d get your money back if you did the stuff they asked for. Bloody cheaters


I really liked the starter dungeon in Arena. I felt so alone and so vulnerable, not über at all Which of course was great, in fact so great that I almost didn´t want to leave that dungeon!

I know exactly what you mean. Dying to a rat never felt so good I've been trying to do some thieving in White Haven, but it's hard. If I don't get caught and subsequently murdered by the guards, I get killed by whatever nasties are inside the house

Oh, dear god!! Just found a copy of Action 52 on Tradera! I must have it but it´s expensive! And I who thought I was done with buying games now for awhile but I must get this now or else it´ll be gone! It´s so rare and it´s even complete!!

Edit: I though thieving was governed by intelligence (for lockpicking) and Agility (for actually stealing)...

Maybe I'm wrong though

Well, I have been away for awhile but I´m pretty sure Willpower affects both haggling and picking locks.


AND I JUST CLICKED "BUY NOW" FOR ACTION 52!! The seller was ok with waiting till next Thursday for payment. The box was quite a bit worn, but it comes complete with the manual and even the comic book! Now for the game itself; it´s the holy grail of atrociously bad games...

I know I´ve said I´ve stopped buying games now and I have. There are several I discarded because there´s no need to get them now, but Action 52, with box, manual and comic book?? Count me in!!

I do plan to get Bubble Bobble, Kid Icarus and Battle of Olympus but not until I get a job. They´re not rare so they´re not hard to come by and even if they´re rather cheap I can wait
