I think they are deadlier than Deathclaws, because they usually roam in packs! How long will their poison last?

What is going on here? First a shovel wielding character in Goodsprings and now a sword wielder in Springvale.

Looks like awesome fun that I am missing out on. And here I am playing the illusion-drain speed bow combination in Oblivion. It now seems tame compared to you folks.

Definitely, that's one of its biggest advantages. Joe's Ammo section in his PipBoy is completely blank, he only uses guns to blow up mines but then he puts weapons back or sometime sells them.

I agree, I like the mini quest involving Barton. I still vividly remember it when I did it for the first time with my very first FNV character Dyvanche. I was a total n00b back then, I didn't play FO3 before FNV so everything was new to me, I was barely getting used to the game when Barton came up and started shooting, I was both fascinated because of the plot twist but afraid that he's going to kill me.

He took some food from the stash up the ridge but he left weapons and ammunition untouched.

I don't know how long their poison lasts but it seemed very long to me as Joe's health was slowly lowering.

I dared to take the pics because I had a good feeling about the winner.

She looks good in Springvale, though somewhat lost. But she quickly found her way around it and found the place in need of cleansing.

Screenshots when we show our characters and enemies behind the corner, are among my favorites, glad you pictured winding up and cutting down.

The headless raider probably wasn't any prettier when he was still alive.

Having left Goodsprings behind, Joe headed to Primm, stopping along the way to admire some pre-war panels. Peace didn't last for long, though, since Primm was taken over by convicts and the NCR wasn't in a shape to protect them, though there were plenty of soldiers marching around, hoping for nuclear winter. Well, unlike the NCR, Joe couldn't just stand and watch as convicts control Primm and endanger its residents, so he took the shovel from his back and the party began!

Unfortunately convicts killed Daniel Wyand, a fellow courier whom Joe knew for a long time. In the end he brought law back to Primm (the town's sheriff was killed by convicts) and he chose someone devoted to the town and about as intelligent as himself. Residents of Primm weren't exactly thrilled because of the new sheriff but in the end any law is better than no law.

When I first read "peace didn't last long" after Joe was reading the pre-war billboards, I was thinking you meant peace before the Great War.

A new sheriff who is no more intelligent than it's residents? Did Joe make Primm Slim the new lawman?

I love the pics of Joe admiring the billboards, especially the car. Then it was shoveling time!

Does that dead courier outside the Mojave Express have a name? I guess I must have forgotten...

Yee-haw, Primm Slim is the new sheriff! I never made him sheriff in any of my playthroughs. My characters always went to the prison and got a pardon for the other sheriff.

Persephone in the Wasteland !!!!! Awesome !!! She looks great, the hair is beautiful! And she is going melee all the way! My favorite has to be the Skyrim "Arrow to the knee" one, lol.

Big Joe roaming the desert, then sorting out Primm. First thought that entered my mind when I saw the RIP shot was the idea that Joe should rip that stop sign out of the ground - you know, as an upgrade for the shovel.

I like having Primm Slim as Sheriff too, lol! Oh, that girl's outfit was adorable! I'm going to hunt her down in game and take that outfit from her!

Persephone's hair is beautiful! But those shots with Mr. Burke had me rolling,

Is that a pool cue she is wielding? Wait, I've never seen that stash before !!! Where is it? Or is that part of a mod? It is so exciting to see you back in the Wasteland! I'll be leaving Point Lookout soon, I'm on my last quest there and then will be coming back to find Persephone!

By the way, I did something particularly for you and Acadian - or maybe I should say Persephone and Buffy - Maxical went to the cave and posed with that goblin in the barrel, lol. I'll post it as soon as I get caught up on commenting all the posts I've missed the last few days, lol.

More great shots of Persephone. I very much like the silvery sheen to her hair and the high ponytail style overall. Heh, as soon as I saw ‘Persephone’ and ‘disarms’ in the same sentence, I knew exactly what to expect. Yay for Robby the Robot! I always love the billboard shots from Fallout. Oh my goodness, when you said you found the perfect gun for her you weren’t kidding! Perfect indeed!

So good that Wasteland Justice reached Mr. Burke, if Simms had to take care of him alone, he'd be dead.

Persephone did more than just disarm Sam Warrick, she dismembered him.

Nice to see her sneaking with one of Primm Slim's East Coast relatives.

Persephone blends well with the billboard - the adventures of Captain Cosmos, the Space Monkey and the dead girl from the past.

That shotgun sure is big! What's the story with all those crates behind her?

Yes, he has a name and his body never disappears so I used the "markfordelete" command on him, pretending that Joe buried him.

It happened rarely that Primm Slim was made sheriff in my games too but it just seemed right for Joe to do it. The robot was really kind and told him the entire story of Vikki and Vance so Joe had to return the favor.

That's actually what happened later on, Joe switched his shovel for a rebar club when he found one at REPCONN.

The outfit is Merc Adventurer Outfit.

Makes me wonder how Persephone is not spotted from a mile away with hair that color. It almost seems to glow in the dark as well. Ghouls would be attracted to it like a beacon. Lol.

Which is exactly what happened.

After he brought law back to Primm, Joe Burg continued south where he came upon a diary of some Mayor Steyn from Nipton, who apparently conspired against the NCR with the Legion. Joe wanted to warn the NCR of the imminent danger, so he hurried to Nipton, fighting raiders along the way, but it turned out that he came too late - Nipton was hit by the Legion and they hit it hard. Joe loses his temper rarely but after he saw what the Legion had done in Nipton, it was time to use his trusted shovel.

That road over to Nipton - I've been killed on that road so many times - not by that gang in the building, but by the darn ants and radscorpions that attack in a swarm along that road between the two dry lake beds.

This was an Awesome update! I can't get over how much Joe is able to do with just a shovel - and still in his Vault uniform, which has no protection rating at all, does it? Amazing !!!

I love the Vanilla Merc Adventurer outfit. There is also a Merc Adventurer Armor mod, based on it, with bits and pieces of other merc outfits.



Joe is in the Air makes me think of an Asian action movie, like House of Flying Daggers!

Nipton is one of those places that none of my characters have ever been able to walk into without immediately going on a killing spree. I don't think I could ever play a pro-Legion character. I am glad to see that Joe decided to put his shovel to good work, shoveling out the crap.

Lopov, great shots as I see Joe is still diggin’ the desert. The old flying shovel sneak attack! I love the billboard signs in Fallout. I get the impression that ‘Cause of death: hit by a shovel’ is happening a lot with Joe around. 'Done and done' (the last shot) is a wonderfully imposing shot of Joe.
