What has happened here since I have been missing?? Trey is wandering the wasteland around Dickerson, hot damn, and here was I thinking that the barking was a stray raider dog that I shot at last week. Sorry about that! I have some cooked mole rat. Trey, pull up a chair and let us sit around the fire. A poet has taken over the wasteland and is wooing us with serenades. Well, sort of.... And Mirocu has hit another all-star record. Does he not realize that he already owns the whole top 10? Heading for 400k. Insane! This post has been edited by Winter Wolf: Jun 22 2015, 11:17 AM

QUOTE(SubRosa @ Jun 21 2015, 11:39 PM) url=https://youtu.be/Hy7arhKbQkQ]Here is a song for Big John Joe Burg[/url] You have an appropriate song for every character. QUOTE(mALX @ Jun 22 2015, 12:31 AM) Joe sounds like a very interesting character! I think you will find a lot of dialogue changes with that low intelligence Yup, I already noticed that dialogue varies when talking to some residents in Goodsprings. I wonder whether there are any low Int checks. QUOTE(mirocu @ Jun 22 2015, 09:08 AM) Such a nice little introductory poem! Thanks! QUOTE(Winter Wolf @ Jun 22 2015, 12:14 PM) A poet has taken over the wasteland and is wooing us with serenades. Well, sort of.... If Joe singed, he'd probably shoo people away with his songs...

 QUOTE(treydog @ Jun 23 2015, 06:35 AM) Most excellent poem, Lopov!
Trey found (and lost- permanently this time) his father. So he is now roaming the Wastes, giving every Enclave fascist he sees a bullet (or 50).
He has also explored most of the Roosevelt Academy- which was full of "bad things" as well as causing him to wonder what might have been- a school that could hold that many children?
So his Megaton house reflects the time before the bombs fell- a time he knows only from the scraps he has been able to recover from the rubble.
He did encounter an odd pair of families in a town called Andale... something about the place creeped him out, so he left.
Despite his ambivalence about Vault 101, he can't seem to stop himself collecting the Vault Boy action figures... he now has 11 of them.
I started a new game the minute Fallout 4 was announced, really should take some screens and post them! (both of us, lol).

There is always a temptation to do that. I feel the same every time an announcement is made. This time it is -'no, wolf, no.' Post some pics mALX. Pretty please! Or at least gives us some details. What quests, areas are you exploring? And I have learnt to avoid all characters created by SubRosa. Female hatchet and sword wielders are very dangerous to defenseless male civilians. Especially when sleeping at night. Lol.

QUOTE(SubRosa @ Jun 25 2015, 07:14 PM) Persephone took her first real steps in the Capital Wasteland today. Wandering into Springvale, she was puzzled by the flying sputnik robot. But it didn't seem hostile, so she left it alone. The raiders in the school were a different matter. The Living Dead Girl proceeded to educate them. They flunked.
WOO HOO!!!!! Persephone in DC!!!!! QUOTE(treydog @ Jun 25 2015, 07:24 PM) Sadly- no screens... xBox 360....
Trey was looking around the Chryslus Building and saw a fight between some Raiders and radscorpions... The arthros beat the anthros... so Trey took "next."
And, based on the Raider's gear and some containers, it appeared that the formerly-living scorpion-bait had wiped out an Enclave outpost... What a pity... that Trey wasn't there to watch...
He then heading south and found a National Guard Depot. It may be the one mentioned in a series of holotapes he has found. Regardless, it will definitely bear further investigation... perhaps he can add to his "one of every kind of gun in the Wastes" collection.
I Love that place! But I can only remember where 2-3 of the Keller family tapes are, had to Google it last time, lol. She has done all she cares to in Point Lookout, when she finishes helping that Calvert ghoul she plans to return to the Wasteland.

I did up to the Sacred Bog but reloaded when I saw the conclusion... Maybe I´ll return to Lookout some day and shoot some more hicks and hillbillies Yeah, I don't like that part of the questline; but if you stop there you miss out on the bunker below the lighthouse - I do love that part of the quest, lol.

QUOTE(SubRosa @ Jun 27 2015, 12:37 PM) There is a mod that lets you do the PL main quest without being lobotomized. Awesome! I wish I'd known about that mod before I spoke on that intercom! Most def adding this to my list! Thanks, SubRosa!

Actually, that is part of the unmarked Chinese agent quest. Quite fun it was Thanks for pointing out that mod, Rosa. But if I am to use it I have to back up at least 50 hours and 200.000 caps and there´s just no way I`d do that This post has been edited by mirocu: Jun 28 2015, 05:53 PM

Trey finally went to Lamplight, from whence he was sent to Paradise Falls to deal with a slaver issue.
After several negotiations, he was able to free the three kids, along with Rory. It turns out the Rory is not all that good at sneaking, but with Trey acting as the designated "bullet sponge," Rory was good enough at running- so orange whips all around.
And Trey was not exactly sorry to blast a great many of the slavers- because- well... they were slavers.
After operator error caused a reset (I did not IMMEDIATELY ask Mayor McReady about leading me to Vault 87 and he disappeared), which meant having to redo the whole rescue, Trey fought his way through Murder Pass and into yet another Vault.
He learned a great deal while there, mostly that humanity wears many faces- and that inhumanity can look "normal"- which is the most frightening lesson of all.
After giving Colonel Autumn the only answer he deserved in regards to the Project Purity code, Trey is on his way to meet the mellifluous "President Eden".

But the main questline has a bunker that can only be found after the mansion is gone; and it leads you down to under the lighthouse. Raven Rock is my absolute favorite "dungeon crawl" in FO3!!!! (every time you spoke about Raven Rock in your story I used to think of this Raven Rock and would start a new game just to relive it, lol). What a great place to battle through!

Rory? Was there a hot red-head and a goofy guy wearing a bowtie and fez? QUOTE(mALX @ Jun 28 2015, 02:07 PM) Not that bunker, that one is next to Calvert Mansion. (I love that bunker too). I kind of wasn't sure if by blowing up the spy sub if I wasn't being a traitor to my country, but did it anyway because I love to see things blow sky high, lol. What a great shot you got of that Deathclaw coming out of the cage! I really wish they had placed that in an earlier level where the Sentry Bots weren't already fighting for you! Level 2 would have been a perfect place for that! !

QUOTE(Winter Wolf @ Jun 29 2015, 02:03 AM) I have got a NV question.
Next time I make up a new character which followers do you folks recommend I use?
I have only played less than half the game and I think I have only used Veronica, EDE and Rex.
Are the others really good to use as well??
Veronica is my favorite early on in the game; I get Pushy as early as possible and give it to her. I've seen her take down a Deathclaw with one hit using Pushy! It is pretty awesome to see her do it, let me tell you!!! I love EDE, but only later in the game when I can handle all the unwanted attention he draws while I'm trying to sneak!
