QUOTE(Acadian @ Jul 6 2015, 01:12 AM) Welcome to the MarlBoro Man! That has to be a rude awakening to find yourself post-holocaust far in the future. Yeah, I'm curious to see his reaction once he steps on the Earth again. QUOTE(Renee @ Jul 6 2015, 01:15 AM) Oh no, what happened to his clothes?
CHEM cigarettes. Is that your smoking mod? Clothes are taken away when you're abducted by aliens, you can find them in a nearby container, though. Cigarettes are part of Light Up and Smoke Those Cigarettes mod. QUOTE(SubRosa @ Jul 6 2015, 02:00 AM) I hope the Marlboro Man found a phaser in there somewhere... Fortunately an Alien Atomizer comes close.

QUOTE(SubRosa @ Jul 4 2015, 09:09 PM) You've got a bunch of my favorite quests here: Getting the satellite dish for 3 dog; getting the Bobblehead at Arlington Cemetary; and the Nuka Cola company. I love the meat from those Nikalurks! I really wish there were more of them in game, their meat is awesome! The shot of Persephone standing over the grave at Arlington has to be my absolute favorite; what a spectacular shot! She really looks sad in that, how on earth did you get that expression! That is Awesome!!! My second favorite is the nukablast of the robot, lol. I have never seen a nuka grenade in action, always saved them for a bigger fight or something - that is Awesome!! Great update !!!

QUOTE(Lopov @ Jul 5 2015, 05:51 PM) Let's stay in the Capital Wasteland, specifically above it: Uh oh!Not a bad dreamThe plan was to trick aliens into believing that Somah and Marl were about to kill each other. It worked and aliens came rushing it, that's when Somah and Marl jumped on them......though Somah was unfortunately killed by aliens, Marl managed to save himself.More of them came rushing to the holding cells but they didn't last long. Not long after Marl met Sally, a girl from before the war as well. He didn't feel comfortable that he was wearing nothing but his underwear. And when Sally told him that "bombs already dropped" and that it's year 2277, Marl couldn't stay on his legs anymore. After gaining his senses, he and Sally went on, and surprisingly he found his pre-war stuff in one of the containers.US Army MechanicOMG, Somah died? I thought she was essential! Oh crap, I'll have to play that out more carefully from now on - I need her badly for equipment repairs and in the final battle she runs all four generators! Urk, I never knew she could die ... I guess I've just been lucky all these times that she survived. I see poor Marl got the alien butt probe, Misa sympathizes with him, they go her too. (and took her clothes as well). The screen where his legs bucle is stunning, how did you make that pose? All awesome shots! EDIT: I just noticed something! Where did you get that Army mechanic outfit? I've never seen it before!!! This post has been edited by mALX: Jul 6 2015, 08:45 PM

EDIT: I just noticed something! Where did you get that Army mechanic outfit? I've never seen it before!!! Only Sally is essential because she's a child, everyone else can die though it happened to me for the first time that Somah died so early. I usually lose Paulson along the way when overwhelmed by aliens, however this time everyone except Somah survived until the end. Here's the vanilla idle pose catalog, I think that SubRosa told me about it some time ago. Before playing any animation, SAVE your game because some are caught in a loop and never end, so they're good for taking screenies but then you have to reload. To start the animation, press "tfc", move camera to any position you wish, click on your PC and type "playidle [ID of animation]" - IDs are written in every pic. For instance, to play this particular animation with Marl falling on his knees, I typed playidle LooseDLC05DisturbedReactionC but I didn't need to reload afterwards because the animation terminated by itself. Lastly, the mechanic outfit appears in the Anchorage DLC but can't be obtained by normal means, you can only get it with the console commands. -- Frag grenade vs aliensAlien Atomizer vs aliensAlien Disintegrator vs AliensStand by mePre-war people (from left to right: Paulson (a cowboy), Sally & Marl, Toshiro (a samurai), Elliott (a medic) RoboKillerExploring with PaulsonKnocked down by explosionTwo-headed cows?FallingBarely holdingKick in the head

QUOTE(Lopov @ Jul 7 2015, 10:41 AM) They work for me but they need more time to load.
Okay yup, they work for me now. Just take an extra second or five. Are you able to use the tfc1 command with these? Or something like it? Heh heh, that first ones (vs. Aliens) rock, Lopov. Those are some serious-looking guns they're carrying in Exploring with Paulson. This post has been edited by Renee: Jul 7 2015, 04:28 PM

Persephone and the Burnmaster made me think of Torcher - a raider that lives up to his name because he can deal a lot of damage with his flamer and carries an eponymous mask. I hope that Persephone will cross his path one day and show him that there was still a lot to learn. So what did Headless Abe have to say? I laugh each time I see a wig on that robot's head. I wonder how would Persephone look with it. The glowing one looks like a dedicated goalkeeper. Come on, Persephone, isn't the world already ruined enough? QUOTE(SubRosa @ Jul 7 2015, 08:08 PM) I hope Sally has a broom and dustpan, because Marl is leaving a real mess behind him! Good idea, she might become his official cleaning lady. QUOTE(Acadian @ Jul 7 2015, 10:23 PM) Wow, in ‘Kick in the head’, it looks like tons of stuff for our Army Mechanic to repair. That's the waste disposal area of the spaceship. Imagine the smell. QUOTE(Renee @ Jul 7 2015, 05:26 PM) Heh heh, that first ones (vs. Aliens) rock, Lopov. Those are some serious-looking guns they're carrying in Exploring with Paulson. There are some great weapons found on the spaceship, not just by design but also by damage dealt. This post has been edited by Lopov: Jul 8 2015, 11:04 AM

SubRosa told me about that mod too, and I DL'd it - I guess I forgot about it!!! These shots are great - I love MZ, especially now that I've finally learned how to beat the final battle! I know that last shot is where I used to find the Samurai's sword; but the last two times I played MZ (both this year) - I have not been able to find that garbage area anymore; had to console myself the sword. I guess I just can't remember where it is anymore. Favorite shot = Exploring with Paulson; what an Awesome shot!

QUOTE(SubRosa @ Jul 7 2015, 02:08 PM) Marl kneeling makes me think that the ruined Statue of America is in front of him and he is screaming: "You blew it up!"I hope Sally has a broom and dustpan, because Marl is leaving a real mess behind him! Persephone and the BurnmasterHanging out with AbeInto the lightWhat's this about the Declaration of Independence?Swinging for the fencesIt ain't over until the Fat Man sings* That Burnmaster is the only Flamer I like to use, boy does it look wicked in that screen! Hanging out with Abe is a great sit pose, I love that one! This next shot looks like she is about to be beamed up (Scotty)! Buttons! This is one of my favorite dungeon crawls! I like telling him that I am Thomas Jefferson, lol. Oh, is Persephone going for the Fatman here? Great shot! Yep! She sure was !!!! Awesome shots! *

QUOTE(Lopov @ Jul 8 2015, 06:03 AM) To find the Samurai's Sword, you have to first teleport to the Maintenance Area, reachable from the Engineering Core, the main area of the spaceship. Then you have to talk to Sally while she's repairing the elevator until she screws something up and the elevator begins rapidly going down until you eventually fall from it and land among garbage. However, the sword can be found at the very end of the area, in a small room with several first aid boxes.
The final battle was different for me this time because Somah died at the beginning and she wasn't able to keep the generators running so they went offline and Marl had to switch them back on manually.
I'm going to have to go through MZ again and find it - have not played it yet in this game I'm in right now, so I'll keep Sally working on the elevator in my mind, lol. Thank you so much Lopov!

QUOTE(Winter Wolf @ Jul 9 2015, 12:31 PM) I was left with the once done and never to be repeated feeling. Zeta is a mixed bag for me, I like the beginning and the part where you unfreeze other people on the ship and destroy generators either alone or with their help. Up to this point they did a good job with the DLC, since every character has unique comments if you let them accompany you. I don't like what follows, though, actually I find it really boring. After Space Walk you just get teleported from one area to another until you eventually reach the Bridge and kill the Alien Captain. I like the galactic battle with the other spaceship, it's much more climatic than the battle with the Captain which goes down very easy. I feel that I've had enough of Zeta for a few years now that I've done it for the 3rd time.
