I thought the space Abominations were a little disappointing after fighting real Abominations like Deathclaws and Super-Mutants. The Aliens really need to step up their game if they want to use that term.

It's neat how the Captain looks like Casper the Friendly Ghost when he is vaporized.

Fire Phasers Mr. Worf! I really liked the battle with the other spaceship too. It was lots of fun blowing it up.

These are some great shots! I can't believe you were able to get a shot in the middle of that battle - and restart the generators yourself too! That is the hardest battle I've ever fought in any video game ever, it took me years to beat it! To think clearly enough in that panicked moment when your ship is being blasted to take a screen is amazing!

I'm so glad you got the one of the other ship exploding, what a moment of relief that is you captured in that shot!

I don´t think alien astro turds belong in Fallout, but these shots were great nevertheless

I did not like it either the first time I tried Mothership Zeta. I got about half way through and stopped playing. Mixing genres the way it does just completely rubbed me the wrong way.

But when years later I wanted to play a genuine samurai from 16th Century Japan, I realized that the Mothership was the perfect way to make that happen. The aliens keep people on ice from all time periods. So it can be a wonderful roleplaying device.

I agree, just as SubRosa, I used it this time to roleplay a character from before the Great Wahhh. But in the end it was really getting tedious, I couldn't wait to finish it.

But there are some awesome weapons to be found in the space.

That poor Mr, Handy is about to have a very bad day, lol.

"Hallo, someone there?" is my absolute favorite, what a scary shot for you to be playing with the camera on! Gaaaaah!!!!

"Disarming" the Mutie made me laugh, lol. Great play on words, lol.


Still Standing is another - I've been in that tunnel a lot, how did I miss the Nuka Cola there? I may have even grabbed it, but didn't remember it was "Jenga" stack!

Craterside was another excellent shot, you captured the feel of Megaton so well with that one shot!

The coffee mug under the Nuka Bottle looks like a roll of toilet paper.

Now from this perspective I understand why Tenpenny wants to get rid of Megaton.

Fallout 3 stands as my favorite Beth game. Indoor battles with muties and Sentry Bots will always be the ultimate moment in video gaming for me. Fallout 3 allows so many different tactics, like melee as Persephone shows, or grenades and mines, or sneak and sniper, or missiles screaming down hallways, or ghoul mask, or using followers, everything is covered.

The online Call of Duty crowd are missing out!

Wow, craterside really shows the shared influence between Skyrim and FO. That is, some of the Sky dungeons have that huge cavern type feel as well.

*1 - Sally wields one of the most powerful energy weapon, namely the Captain's sidearm which shoots three bolts at once, increasing its chance of a critical hit. It was Marl's reward to her for her service aboard Zeta. Marl is still a Child at Heart (perk) so he goes along really well with Sally.

Elliott is equipped with an assault rifle while Marl wields the Alien Disintegrator.

*2 - They came upon Medic Power Armor on the dead paladin and Elliott is trained in wearing it so he gave Marl his Winterized Medic Armor.

That is a mutated devil for certain! MarSalEiott are going to Old Olney! Yikes, that place is a real nailbiter.

Strangers in a strange land as Team MarlBoro walks the wastelands. Nice teamwork it seems, and great shots of them in action. I can bet they would be glad to return to their spaceship for a nice hot shower!

The Space Crew came upon the raider initiation ritual but surprisingly, raiders didn't attack immediately when they approached, instead they only waved with their weapons like many bandits in Skyrim do. In the end, the Space Crew left them alone so no blood was shed on that day.
