SubRosa - Hecate vs Behemoth – at least Hecate’s got some distance to work with. Quite the fireworks display she puts on! Good vs the Bad & Ugly is a good way to put it. Repairing the radio relay – I love Hecate’s ‘lab geek’ outfit! DC sunrise is very pretty. And contemplative. * Lopov – Sorry to hear about Marl’s game. Welcome to Ally though. I love her hair, smile, skimpy attire and bionic bewbs. Heh, I guess smoking is probably the least of her health concerns living in the wastelands like she does. Oh, that is so funny with her looking down on the tiny hammer dude!

QUOTE(Acadian @ Jul 20 2015, 12:11 PM) Woot! That's it all right. 'Bout 10 miles south of Vegas in the Black Mountains. And now well-protected by Mollie the Mad Hatter. Right where the Cazador attack spot is, lol.

QUOTE(SubRosa @ Jul 25 2015, 05:04 PM) Ally is a bombshell! I love the green hair. Did she come up from Florida? She's from Louisiana, I think. She was a very successful RadGator hunter, that's how she earned her nickname. QUOTE(Acadian @ Jul 25 2015, 05:06 PM) Oh, that is so funny with her looking down on the tiny hammer dude! It's a so called Bobblehead, this one is for Melee Weapons. There are twenty bobbleheads scattered all over the Capital Wasteland of which thirteen stand for each skill and seven for each SPECIAL stat, and when picked up, the skill increases for 10 points or the stat increases for 1 point. Most of them can be found without doing specific quests but there are a few that can only be obtained by doing the main quest. QUOTE(SubRosa @ Jul 24 2015, 09:00 PM) First shot - can't think of anything but how Awesome Hecate's hair is! That is as perfect as it gets, Awesome hair mod! (hint hint). Out comes the Fatman, you must be a blast to watch playing !!!! The Good = is that one of those guns you ported over? It looks wicked! Ugly is most def a key word here, urk! I've always been too panicked to notice their faces, (or take a screenshot for that matter, lol). Awesome but urgly shot! Holy Crap! What did you hit him with? AWESOME !!!! You really need to film your Behemoth fights, they are too exciting for snapshots! OMG, you nuked him! Did he survive it? How do you get the screen of the cloud still engulfed in flames? This is amazing, I'm lucky if I catch the smoke aftermath! OMG, is that the experimental MIRV or did you shoot twice? Oh, I would deafen the neighbors for miles screaming to see you play this game, this is Awesome! (though ... I would have screamed myself hoarse over seeing that sword kill last game you played, lol). Is Hecate wearing Doctor Lesko's coat again? OMG, aren't you afraid of falling out? Can you fall out there or do they have a primitive there to block it?) That is my favorite shot of all, believe it or not. Seeing that blue sky - (that is a mod, right? - and the city looks so peaceful from up there, you can almost imagine how it was prewar. Awesome shot! This whole update was spectacular, what a bunch of great shots! QUOTE(SubRosa @ Jul 22 2015, 01:18 PM) The Doctor Lesko one had me rolling!! Especially since she is wearing his medical coat in the screen and how on earth did you get her holding one of his medical clipboards? That is a spectacular shot !!! OMG, how did you get so close for that shot of the races - without being shot yourself? Awesome, I love that little extra there - and load up on the meds up on top of the dumpster there every time, lol. Uh oh, where is Shorty? That is another great shot, catching the guns as they fire! And Red isn't doing too bad here! Ah, there is the little complainer Shorty! Hecate looks amazing in these shots! This last shot is a study in the difference between Hecate's facial textures and the vanilla ones, Awesome modded textures you have there! Is that the same one you sent me?

Lopov: Sooner or later all of my characters end up at Galaxy News Radio to fix the transmitter for Three Dog, so I can listen to the radio. So that Behemoth outside the front door never survives even one of my games. Isn't it funny how even your shoes change with your outfit in the Fallout games? I wonder why they always do the one-piece clothing options, when in the TES games they at least split it up between legs, torso, gloves, boots, and so on? I am sure it is easier this way, but it would be nice to have more options to mix and match. Especially with the Raider and Merc outfits. Acadian: Buffy is lucky. Many of my characters are the in your face with a sword type - like Hervor and Persephone - so they inevitably get between the bad guys and Serana's ice cannon. A rather, uncomfortable place to be! The DC pic was my favorite of that last bunch. It gives a good look at the modern DC ruins, especially the Mall, which is not a World War I-esque trench affair. mALX: That is Dr Leskos' lab coat that Hecate is wearing. All of my characters hondle with him so he adds it to the reward for dealing with the Ant Queen's Guardians. It gives a +10 to Science, which is really handy in the early game. Hecate is posed with the clipboard with that poses mod, that gives you the names of all the vanilla idle poses. That one is called Loose ScientistInspectTerminalA Those are the same face textures as a the mod I sent you a while back. Her hair is from Hair PackThe Behemoth took a couple of nukes to put down. I think three in all. I got that double explosion when a car exploded at the same time as the last nuke. I love how that turned out! There is a barrier there so you cannot get up on the ledge in the Washington Monument pic. I had to use TCL to get there, pose her, go out of TFC to move her, then use TFC again to take the picture. That was not an easy one to take! QUOTE(Renee @ Jul 26 2015, 05:14 PM) Lopov: Welcome Ally Gator to the Capitol Wasteland. Enjoy your stay. Thanks. She intends to stay for a while. QUOTE(mirocu @ Jul 26 2015, 05:44 PM) Some neat pics, Lopov! I especially like the makeshift bra.. That's Raider Ordinance Armor from the Pitt, it was given to Ally with the console. It's my favorite raider armor for women, it's obvious why. QUOTE(SubRosa @ Jul 26 2015, 06:32 PM) A starting character against a Deathclaw! Ally is lucky to have gotten her hair out of there in one piece. The dadclaw spawned in ruins southeast of Tenpenny Tower and was stuck inside them, he was too big to get out. Once Ally realized this, it was easy to kill him with grenades from a safe distance. It was a random encounter with the Deathclaw schematics. QUOTE(Acadian @ Jul 26 2015, 08:09 PM) The shot of Ally directing the Gators Allycasts Outcasts is spectacular, as they lay down a base of fire under her direction from the rear. Very cool! I had to replay this session because Ally accidentally shot one of the Outcasts in the back and they all jumped on her. QUOTE Isn't it funny how even your shoes change with your outfit in the Fallout games? I read on Beth that that's about to change in FO4. Nice to see you doing the main quest, daddy James really looks good in your game, like a seasoned traveler. So that's how Hecate looked like when she was a kid. And the Tranquility Lane is in colors for a change. But then commies came and ruined the party. I have to say it again but James really looks good, especially in the "... in action" pic, he makes a great team with his daughter against perils of the Wasteland.

Lopov: I think we can all agree that Ally Gator has the ordinance to fill out that armor. I am using Fellout, which adds a nice breath of real color to the game. Aside from green that is. I have had to tweak it a lot to get it how I like it however. Their settings for the exterior of Tranquility Lane were just perfect, as you see in the pics. But the interiors were way overbright and washed out. I had to mute those colors a lot, and the insides of the houses are still really bright. Renee: I gave up on Walking Dead at the end of Season Two. But there are plenty of zombies in Fallout 3! Well Ferals at least. Acadian: Those little speedboats are my favorite boats in the game. I wish you could actually drive one around the Potomac. I think that is Hecate's Lab Greek outfit. Tranquility Lane is one of the neater places in the game. Like you said, a little slice of Idealized America. It is a nice little preview of what we will see in the beginning of Fallout 4, which starts at the very beginning of the Great War. Dad recruits Dr. Li and the Rivet City science team to get Project Purity up and running once moreHecate resets the fusesThen gets the mainframe upOh no, Purity is under attack! It's The Enclave *boo* *hiss*Hecate reaches the control room too late, Dad is sealed in with the Enclave commander, Colonel AutumnThe Colonel shows his colorsDad floods the room with lethal radiationGötterdämmerungThere is nothing Hecate can doHer father is deadBut those who survived must be rescued from the Enclave's clutchesHecate must fight to lead them outNeither man nor monster can stand before herFinally, a safe haven with the Brotherhood of Steel

Great screenies as you tell us Hecate's story and her short-lived time with daddy James. I really liked shots where she repairs various stuff around the Jefferson Memorial. Autumn, that bastard, I know that Hecate will track him down and return a favor. So now it's off to the Citadel - I have a feeling that Power Armor won't be Hecate's cup of tea, but we'll see. Who does the dog in the final pic belong to? -- Ally didn't like being in the Liberation of Anchorage simulation, firstly because armor covered her entire body and secondly because it was cold. Nonetheless, she behaved like a true-blooded soldier, killing Chinese commies, blowing up Chinese guns, and managed to convince Chinese General that he already lost. As soon as she came out of the sim, and unlocked the armory, a fight ensued between Outcasts. Sally sided with good ones and beheaded one of the rebels with her hunting rifle, though his body seemed like it was ready to fight on. The big white tin can known as Power Armor was Ally's reward for completing the simulation but she gladly refused it.

mirocu: I use Fellout to remove the weird color tints that Bethesda decided to use all over the game. Though I have tweaked the settings quite a bit to make the nights and interiors brighter, and also to create a warmer, more natural look indoors as well. The Tranquility Lane Weather is set to like this: Ambient R - 140 G - 154 B - 155 Fog R - 33 G - 124 B - 180 Fog Distance Near - 1200.0000 Far - 10000.0000 Power - 1.000 Lopov: The dog is Dogmeat. Hecate found him a long time ago, and has had him waiting in the Megaton house ever since then. Somehow he just magically appeared in the Taft Tunnels! I have no idea how that happened. It could be that the main quest has a script that removes companions when it does the whole scripted scene with Dad and Col. Autumn, and then adds them back again when you go into the tunnels. Maybe that added Dogmeat back to her side? I have been experimenting with power armor mods, and found two that she might wear for special cases, like going to war against the Enclave. Punisher Power Armor Retexture (which is just a black retexture of the standard power armor)Colossus Tesla ArmorAlly takes it to the Dirty Reds! What a cool pic of the headless Outcast guy with the minigun. Maybe he will become the Headless Rider, and his ghost will haunt the wasteland, riding a spectral motorcycle? The big white armor definitely does not look like Gator's style. Maybe she could give it a green paint job? This post has been edited by SubRosa: Jul 28 2015, 02:50 PM

SubRosa - Two things really stand out from Hecate’s Adventures with Daddy: In the first picture, Hecate is visibly pissed and I can see why - Hecate invents the lab geek white coat & heels look and now every woman and her sister seems to be wearing it! The other thing that really stands out here is how her dad died - so very reminiscent of Mr Spock. "The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few." * Lopov - Brrr! I can see why Ally suited up for her arctic butt kicking expedition. Good to see her back in her regular outfit though!
