QUOTE(Lopov @ Aug 27 2015, 01:42 AM)
BTW, when does Crowley came after you? .
He comes after you if you go get that power armor from Fort Constantine even if the quest isn't running when you take the armor. One day while in your home sleeping/changing clothes/etc. - he just shows up inside and tells you that you took something that belonged to him. And it doesn't matter if you have a follower there or not, they let him by for some reason. And if you kill him there, you have dead ghoul stinking up your house for at least 3 days. I learned to leave the house so he follows me, get out in the Wasteland somewhere and confront him again, lol. QUOTE(SubRosa @ Aug 27 2015, 02:18 PM) That vid you showed Renee = GROSS !!!! But very cool, I like that Persephone feels an affinity in graveyards that most people would find fear in; that is awesome roleplay I wouldn't have thought of! OMG, she went into the Promontory with just a sword? I have died in there with an arsenal of guns!!!! Holy cow, did you get a vid of it? OMG, what a battle that must have been!!!! Holy Cow, how tiny she is next to that - is that a Howitzer? Or is it the Legion that has the Howitzer? Ooh, inside Hoover Dam! I hope she found the Stealth Suit in there, lol. It is so hard not to loot in that place, I always leave there and have to go right to St. Monica's to get some karma back, lol. This last shot and the caption has to be my favorite, Awesome shots, all! QUOTE(Lopov @ Aug 27 2015, 01:42 AM) @mALX - I have no idea whether guards follow you in your suite if you make them hostile. I can try it, though, then I'll reload.
There are some places where enemies won't follow you, for instance inside metros. If you start a fight with raiders outside any metro and run inside, they won't come after you, instead they'll patiently be waiting outside.
I know they come into Dashwoods place if you do something in there, but didn't know if they would do the same in the Player's apartment. This post has been edited by mALX: Aug 29 2015, 07:53 PM

QUOTE(Lopov @ Aug 28 2015, 01:36 AM) Three Outcasts attack one single Enclave EyebotOne single Deeno attacks three OutcastsDestroyer of helmetsOne for the personal archiveAs promised, pics of Megaton and its surroundings - the sky turned green right at this particular point. Moira Brown - the sole survivor"Nothing personal."Deputy Weld's head was still talking about the bomb being perfectly safeMegaton ruins (that's how the location is now named on the PipBoy Map) Sitting in SpringvaleThe green sky extends quite far, to the east it cleared only when reaching the Super Duper Mart, for instance. And getting too close to the ruins will get you a hefty dose of radiation. BWAAHAA! I love the comparison between the 3 against 1 VS the 1 against 3 !!! Urgh, between SubRosa's vid and your Outcast attacks, I won't be able to eat for a while, Where the sky turns green, was your Geiger Counter going tickety-tick? Was that pit Megaton? Holy Cow !!!! OMG, those dialogue options are so funny !!! And it actually looks like Moira too!!! That has to be my fave screen of the bunch !!!! OMG, what a touch that is to have Deputy Weld still touting the safety of that bomb while the city is gone and he is in pieces - that is one of the things I loved so much about Fallout 3, those little touches like that !!! That is Awesome! Holy Crap !!! And they renamed it on the map too? That is really thinking of everything, I love that touch !!! What a mess of twisted steel, was there anything to loot? (Or hopefully Deeno looted the armory before blowing it up, lol). Sitting in Springvale - well, he has already killed Silver, so the only thing left is the Super Mutants, lol. OH! I just realized the sky is all green misty! So the fallout from the Megaton blast is that far! Holy Cow, all the way to the Super Duper Mart? I guess that makes sense that it would, they probably measured the fallout from historical records to determine how far they should make that. I think Bethesda did an outstanding job with this version of the quest, it is so amazing they put all this into just one version of what the player could do with that quest, that is amazing, awesome, and thank you so much for sharing it with us !!! I have never done that (because I always lived in Megaton, lol), but one time I blew up the Citadel just to see what it looked like; then reloaded a previous save and undid it. AWESOME Shots !!!!! QUOTE(Lopov @ Aug 29 2015, 10:20 AM) Something's goin' on...Raider loses her head"Boys, this is our guy."Regulators talkRegulators attackRegulators dieDeeno's Karma is Evil, thus Regulators (some kind of bounty hunters in the Capital Wasteland) are now on his tail. On the contrary, if your Karma is good, then Talon mercenaries seek your head. This was the hardest thing for me about playing an evil character; because I work with the Regulators in all my games; but if you are evil they are coming for you instead - it really drives it home that you have gone in a bad direction when your co-bounty hunters are sent for you. Great shots!

Acadian: Graveyards are like home sweet home for the P-Girl. She always has a friend there. Lopov: Just like every good campfire story, in the end everyone is dead! Unfortunately Persephone never could figure out how to work the big gun. So she will just have to stick with the big sword... mALX: The Deathclaw Promontory was a really tough place. She used up her Stealth Boys getting sneak attack criticals on the Deathclaws, but there were still about six left. She had to leave and come back after dark. Then she was able to sneak up on them one at a time and kill them all. She can handle two head to head in an open fight, but no more than that. Even then she chews through stimpacks like crazy. That big artillery piece is at Hoover Dam, it is right by where President Kimball speaks. So it is an NCR gun. Science Fiction, Double FeaturePersephone feels a draft...Persephone found a new pair of gloves......a new pair of boots...and a new topNow she has a new outfitA nice place to lean back and relaxTime for some schoolin'

It sounds Awesome !!! I could see it was at the Dam, but couldn't remember if the name of that gun was a "Howitzer" or not; and I knew Caesar's camp had a Howitzer because they need a firing pin for it, but didn't know if that was the same gun-type thing that was in your screenshot at the Dam or not (if that makes sense). I know what I'm trying to ask about, but can't seem to get it to come out right, lol. Sorry about that. I love the screen of her watching a drive in movie! Feels a draft = BWAAHAA !!! I won't admit how long it took me to notice there was no back on that outfit, is that a hospital gown or what? Love that shot! Is this a quest? Oh, is it in that place where the boss Nightstalker is and ghouls? Where you help some group take a flight? I don't remember this armor, but I'll bet it is stealthy! What is that laying dead behind her? I don't remember this quest at all, but I do remember seeing (Annie?) with those signs behind her before!!!! Awesome shots !!! Persephone looks stylin' in that new outfit. Like an action hero, for sure. QUOTE(Lopov @ Aug 29 2015, 10:20 AM) He looks like some movie star in this pic. Arrgh, now it's going to drive me nuts trying to think of who it could be! I will zero in on this though, I promise. Then we can do a side-by-side of Deeno and the guy I'm trying to remember. QUOTE(mALX @ Aug 29 2015, 02:47 PM) That vid you showed, Renee
SubRosa found that one actually. Well hey, now at least we all know which piece to choose just in case CDC does happen to release those strains. This post has been edited by Renee: Aug 30 2015, 01:28 AM

When you quoted what I said you added a comma in there that changed the target from SubRosa to you, That was meant to tell SubRosa that the vid she posted to show you made me laugh.

Persephone goes to the Wasteland Cinema. Too bad that after watching the movie you wake up in another place. Scientists let Persephone's panties on but they took her bra. New outfit fits her - regarding colors, it's similar to the previous one, except there's now more black than gray/silver. Looks like she learned those Cyberdogs a lesson. @mALX - the radiation increases only in the direct vicinity of Megaton, otherwise not, so Springvale and the broad area surrounding Megaton are safe. @Acadian - he encountered two more patrols of Regulators, they usually attack when you emerge from one of the metro exits. He dealt with the second one in the standard way while the third one was killed by Super Mutants before they even found Deeno. He only knew they were after him when he found a bounty on his head on their bodies. Great but that's not Deeno, just a random bounty hunter.

If anyone can look on the bright side of their town getting blown up it is Moira, lol. By the way, did Deeno remember to get that Bobblehead first? Aw, Deeno does at least have a soft spot for Reily, that is nice! Er, what is he doing back up on the roof after clearing it with Reily's Rangers? Did he go back up there for that sheet music to bring Agatha? Great shots!

Back at work he is indeed. As much as he likes living a luxurious life at the Tenpenny Tower, he prefers dangers of the wasteland more. QUOTE(SubRosa @ Aug 31 2015, 10:41 PM) Ghoul Moira is back! And she is turning a pile of junk into a mountain of caps, how can Deeno refuse an offer like that? He found the entire situation comical so he agreed to help Moira when she offered possible rewards. Though in the next second he tried to lie to her that he already visited Minefield but his Speech was too low and Moria saw through his scheme. QUOTE(mALX @ Aug 31 2015, 11:35 PM) By the way, did Deeno remember to get that Bobblehead first?

Er, what is he doing back up on the roof after clearing it with Reily's Rangers? Deeno didn't get the Bobblehead, most of the time I prefer roleplaying in such a way that my characters don't know what I know about the game. Besides, Deeno prefers shooting instead of burglarizing. He indeed has a soft spot for Reilly, that's why he agreed to help her, as it'll be seen in the coming screenies, he doesn't even wear armor which he was given as a reward. He went back to the hotel because he was almost out of ammo by the time he saved Rangers. He primarily uses the sniper rifle but .308 rounds aren't that common, so he had to temporarily switch to a hunting rifle, fortunately .32 rounds are found on almost every Super Mutant.

308 is hard to come by, I always buy it up even before I get any gun that uses it; because as soon as you get a gun that needs 308 ammo, the vendors will be out of it every time you run out, lol. Same with the MF ammo for Harkness's A3-21 Plasma rifle or the .45 ammo for that Blackhawk gun. Like you said, the .32; .10; and 5 mm seems to be everywhere, but the guns that use them aren't the best protection, lol. I guess if I was going to blow up Megaton, I'd have to clean house first - rob the armory and all the houses for the pre-war books and Quantum Colas; the Bobblehead (which actually isn't stealing, you can follow him into his house and take it right in front of him and he doesn't care as long as that is all you take). But stuff like the rare collectible book of poems in Billy Creel's house or the holographs on the Replicated man, etc - but the armory - most def would have to rob that armory, lol. And speaking of robbing armories - has anyone successfully robbed the armory in Rivet City? I must have died a thousand times trying, lol. QUOTE(SubRosa @ Sep 1 2015, 11:55 AM) Deeno could always crush Moira's dreams and talk her out of writing the Survival Guide. Then he'd get the Dream Crusher perk!
That is a great perk, I actually missed it the last time I played when I did the full "Wasteland Survivor" - without Moira's added repair skills I ended up having to go to Point Lookout for good repairs, lol. This post has been edited by mALX: Sep 1 2015, 06:51 PM
