More or less, yeah. It also has voice and text chat support, a hex or grid map, and other nifty tools. Check out Roll20, it's easier to experience than explain.

Nope. They play Yu-Gi-Oh and other assorted card dueling games rather than tabletop sessions. They really don't veer into this kinda territory and I don't know why.

I always loved playing Elven Rogue/Wizards in Baldur's Gate and Neverwinter Nights 1&2, albeit under differing rulesets.
