As November has hit us it´s time for me to move over to Arena, so I have parked my character in his house in Megaton. He´s well rested and well armed so when it´s time to roam the wastelands again, he´s ready

As many times as I have bet at that Arena, I've never won a single Septim. In fact, the only gold I've gotten from that chest has been by picking the lock on it, lol.

This might be me, too. I think my Fallout 3 season is over for 2015, although I might do a little more gaming with Cho.

Last I saw, I was sort of "stuck" with him. He's in that "Pleasantville" sort of place (I forget what it's called), with Betty and all the '50s-looking people. Betty sucks. We decided we both hate Betty.... and I can't figure out the mystery of what to do next. This one lady says "go search the Abandoned House" and so we did. Every square inch. Nothing's really jumping out at us.

I'm going to Ask the Forums for a hint or two. Not a downright spoiler, but a hint, if anybody would oblige?

Oh, boy. I did that for *** and giggles but can´t remember much what I did. Hint though; use your musical ear...

Blondie is in Deep Creek Mountains, Utah, working as a bounty hunter for Randall & Associates, just like in old times. She got acquainted with residents of the only town - Frosthill - and is making a promising career eliminating outlaws of all kinds.

So far no signs of Marko - he brought her to Utah with the help of Virgil, his right-hand man, but Virgil parted ways with Blondie when they arrived to Deep Creek Mountains, saying that she'll meet Marko at some point.

There is obviously something shady going on in Utah, it seems like Marko wants more than just revenge on Blondie, because it's hinted that he has some plans regarding Frosthill. So far I'm really loving the last mod of New Vegas Bounties, it takes place in a new, mod-added worldspace, entirey covered in snow. Most locations are quest-related but there are some that you can explore and don't involve any quests, just like in Beth DLCs. Regarding difficulty, it's somewhat similar to Lonesome Road, even the mod author suggested it for Couriers above Lvl 35.

I made it. I am in GNR, which stands for Galaxy News Radio. This is the place which that asshole Moriarty made me pay a bunch of caps to find, and hopefully it'll be worth it. My father is supposed to be here. And it's a good thing, because it's pretty safe. He would know best. Break.

Going to meet some guy whose name is three dog. Well, that's probably not his real name. He should be somewhere in this building. The next voice you hear, Pipboy App, will be Three Dog. He's right at the top of these stairs.

Three Dog: The look on your face says it all. You're wondering who the heck this guy is, and why you should care?

Um.. I know who you are. Who the [censored] doesn't? We all hear your voice out there, get over yourself. By the way, nobody "farted" in Vault 101, what went down in there was a lot more insane than some [censored] bodily function. I heard what you said about me and my exploits in Arefu as well. Bottom line is it's not as easy to come to some sort of peaceful solution as you might like. You know, it's easy for you to sit here and chat your "news" without knowing the actual facts. Anyways, I'm not here to rant. So go on.

Three Dog: Well, prepare to be enlightened. I am ..

.... Three Dog. Like I said, I know this, already.

Three Dog: .... lord and master over the finest radio station in the wastes: Galaxy News Radio. And you? Well, I know who you are. Heard about you leaving that vault, travelling the unknown, just like dear old dad, huh? Met him already.

Three Dog: Not any more. He heard Three Dog on the radio, figured out I knew what was what out here in the Capitol Wasteland, and he was right. So I filled the old man in, but he split. Looks like I've got my way of contributing to the good fight, and he's got his own.

I see. Well maybe I shouldn't place all the blame on that douchebag Moriarty. Maybe some of it is mine. My dad is weeks ahead of me, after all. Maybe I didn't do all I could to keep up with him, but look at the technology I'm working with okay? And all the douchebags I have to deal with out there. Hey, I'm doing all I can. [censored] it.

Three Dog: Hey, not everyone's cut out for bigger and better things, sometimes the smallest roles in the good fight are most important. But enough of that. If it's your dad you seek, then I will abide.

Three Dog: The fact that the Brotherhood let you get up here tells me that you're alright with them. That, and your dad seemed a decent enough guy. Besides, you're giving off a pretty sweet vibe right now.

Fine. It seems like you want me to do something, in exchange for finding my dad. That's only fair I suppose.

Three Dog: I have the name, and the town, but what I don't have, are people who are willing to run out and do the stuff I need. SURE, the Brotherhood watches over the place, and guards it, but that's all they can spare. Galaxy News needs a doer, someone who can go out there, into that wild unidentified word world, and get [censored] done. So, you game?

Hell yeah I am. And so is my stinky metal armor.

Three Dog: You want to find your dad, and it just so happens his location is known to yours truly. He was here, at Galaxy News. We had a great conversation, he's a real stand-up guy. If you want to know more, you're gonna have to contribute to the good fight.

Three Dog: I like what you're saying, but this is bigger than just you and your dad. If you want help from Galaxy News, you'll have to contribute to Galaxy News, that's all there is to it.

Sorry, that guy kept waffling and rambling on, didn't he though? Bottom line is, I've got a new task to do before finding my dad. And hey, I think it'll be fun. My dad will be okay. Break.

I am to find some sort of dish, which is supposed to be on some sort of unidentified word spelled L U N A R landing pod, or something. It's supposed to be in the Museum of Technology, located in old D.C. Once I find this dish, I am to go to the Monument, where I will put the dish somewhere on it, so this egotistical idiot can have a broader range for his voice. And hey, I'm all for it. He may be an egotistical idiot, but I like the music he plays.

Finding your dad, finding your kid... What are we gonna do in Fallout 5? Find our gold fish?

@Grits - furnishing as you like sounds interesting, I liked the part about the airplane seat, even if it doesn't offer a majestic view when seated on, it's nice to have one at home. I imagine that living in her old home would be too difficult indeed.

@Renee - a good reference to "farting" in the Vault, I totally forgot about this. I actually like entire Cho's opening dialogue, he has good points. Lol @ the sweet vibe and metal armor. Three Dog indeed waffles a lot. I never really liked him that much but when I heard Mr. New Vegas in Fallout New Vegas (of course), I'd give anything to get Three Dog back.

I must say that the NPC who is our father in Fallout 3 is one of the most annoying NPCs I've ever had to travel with. I'm trying not to post spoilers here, but during the Main Quest we have to walk with him across a vast part of the Wasteland. And this would be fine, but the way he's programmed is horrible. First of all, he walks in front of our character, not behind him/her. I get why he's been programmed this way, it's because he's supposed to be leading us to where he wants to go.

Again, this would be fine, except the guy has absolutely no ability to gauge when danger is ahead. He will literally walk straight into a group of Talon mercenaries (and Cho would much rather avoid these guys most of the time), yao guais, robots, wolves, you name it. Cho is a very stealth-oriented guy, he does his best to avoid conflict most of the time.

Anyways, Cho wound up dying because of all this, he wound up getting killed by a yao guai which he couldn't sneak around, because he had to help his faRther RP-wise, so it's a good thing I'm not playing him DiD.

Daddy James is essential on that trip, if that helps you any. Cho can protect himself till he heals up some, then jump back in to fight.

What I have done in the past is to clear out the two major raider camps he has to cross in the middle of before going to rescue Dad from Vault 112/Tranquility Lane.

Wait until Daddy comes to Potomac, he'll swim right over and attract every possible Mirelurk in the area.
But you don't need to travel with him, he'll make it to wherever he's heading just fine on his own. I only accompanied him once, exactly because of the reasons you stated above.
