QUOTE I am way behind picture-gazing, ahhh! panic.gif So am I! The greenified Capital Wasteland looks really great, at times it's like looking at some other game, not Fallout! The sniper/target shots remind me of some 1st person shooters that take place in jungle. Love the glowing personality screenshot, at first I thought it's the tail of a radscorpion that's on fire, then I saw it's the Talon merc. There's no Gojira in FO3 but there's one in FNV, only accessible with console commands, though. Beyond the World's End - Hecate Sahara. NukaHec! The Behemoth fight is a must, great shot as the slim lady fires the fat lady. Looks like the behemoth still feels his jiblies! Nice series of shots as the bullet passes the wastelander and hits the intended target. Did she take Button's wig?

Love the ‘tour’ of DC that I see in FO3! Hecate taking tickets for the Metro. The moon landing exhibit at the Smithsonian. Gonna need a bigger hammer to fix that satellite relay? I see Tulip offers a free lifetime warranty. Traveling with someone to help (Sydney) for a time? Wasn’t Button our big Shire that belonged to the Chapel of Mara? What fabulous captures of Hecate’s magnificent one shot one kill.

Our Lady of Hope has seen better days, but love Hecate’s overwatch pose. A nurse bot with a flamethrower – how clever is that? Love Hecate’s snarl in 7.62 surgery, as well as her adherence to the sniper’s credo. Oh noes, Ranger or no, losing your ponytail to a hat is sacrilege! Great shot on the mirocu motorbike. Nice thing about about going to a bar with ghoul babes is that they make Hecate look even better than she already does.

QUOTE(SubRosa @ May 31 2016, 08:25 PM)
TFC 1 does work in Fallout 3. It must be the first Bethesda game where it did.
Awesome, I shall be playing on PC this summer, posting some screenies here and there, I think. I already know who my first character's going to be. Ha ha ha okay... "One Shot" would be impossible to get without tfc 1. Whoa, Hectate has a bot follower. I think they'd make good followers for you, since they're so slow, you haven't got that usual chance of getting hit in the back. Is she really riding that bike? Probably just posing, huh? I know this sounds cheaty, but I'm definitely looking into some vehicle mods once I get my first t00n launched. Hey, this game's frickin' hard on Xbox! In ES games we have horses to use for quick escapes, on Xbox Cho's got nothing! Good thing his game is not DiD. QUOTE That is how I get most of my action shots. Sometimes I get them in VATS as well. You can open the console and use the TM command to remove the menus when you are in VATS mode. Then mash the printscreen button a few thousand times and hope you get at least one good pic out of it.
Really, you mash PrintScreen? Interesting. I never thought of that! I tend to look for that one perfect (sometimes posed) shot. This post has been edited by Renee: Jun 4 2016, 02:58 PM

Acadian: Everything in the Fallout games has seen better days! Its a good thing these bots they sold to the general public have flamethrowers, buzzsaws, and lasers. But I guess that is kind of like RL. It is completely legal to own a flamethrower in the US! I had to take the one pic with the helmet and the armor. She has not worn it since. But Hecate does keep it around in case of really dangerous situations. Renee: Are you going to restart Cho on the PC? Or go with an entirely new character? The bots are not really followers. You just turn them on and they go about their robotic business. But it can be handy to walk behind them and let them draw fire! Hecate is not riding or even actually sitting on the bike. That is the same sitting on ledge pose in this pic. I just stood her on top of the motorcycle's seat and moved the camera around to find the best angle. There are some rideable motorcycle mods. I tried them, but did not like them. I found it way to hard to control the bikes, and always crashed into things. There is even a flyable Vertibird mod, but I have never tried that one. Acadian: You should play FO3, just to see what DC looks like in the game. Or New Vegas for the same reason. That's not a port a potty, it is a Pulowski Preservation Shelter. It is basically a coin-operated fallout shelter. They are all over DC. Naturally they are absolutely no protection, given the number of bodies found in them. Acadian: I loved that view of Takoma. As soon as Hecate stepped out of the metro and looked up at that hill, I knew that was just begging for a pic. That is indeed Honest Abe in the background of the taking a break pic. Sadly, he lost his head. But Hecate will eventually get around to getting him a new one. The Washington Manliness has indeed seen better days, but it is still erect! Lopov: The med bod slices, dices, and cauterizes! There aren't any nurse outfits on the Nexus either. Not real ones at least. The White House is definitely a fixer-upper! The uniformed body in the taking aim pic is a Chinese Remnant Soldier. That is from Mama Dolce's, and Hecate had to clean up the Red Menace. There is no longer a Behemoth is Takoma! The artillery that you can call in there really helps, plus all the explosive cars in the parking lot that the mutants are in. It made a big boom. I am really enjoying the Flora mod. I am glad I decided to give it a try. How fun to watch Hecate with her fire staff! Moon Goddess is a beautiful shot, although I confess I found myself looking for the second moon. Hecate using the men’s room! Wow, something strange – attack of the plungers? Love the white winter outfit Hecate’s wearing as she has a drink before her trip. Simulated Alaska looks great! Is that from your mod? I guess there is an Anchorage DLC?

I really like "Salute the Flag" for some reason. Ha ha look at her up there! Moon Goddess is pretty. The actions shots are fun too, I don't always comment on those, but they're fun to look at QUOTE(SubRosa @ Jun 4 2016, 11:46 AM) Renee: Are you going to restart Cho on the PC? Entirely new character. His name will be Major Andrew Holl, though on his army fatigues his name will say "Major A. Holl". That will be his first mod--army clothes. I'm sure somebody out there has made some army clothes, somewhere. He will be just for fun, a way to get acquainted with FO on PC, but in his backstory he will be a guy who wishes America still had an army, and so he runs around like one of these survivalist guys we hear about in our news every so often. QUOTE There is even a flyable Vertibird mod, but I have never tried that one. This is the sort of mod Major A. Holl will definitely be interested in. Actually a Jeep would be even better, if you know of anything like this let me know. This post has been edited by Renee: Jun 17 2016, 01:15 AM

Actually a Jeep would be even better, if you know of anything like this let me know. He's a Major A Hole! There are several different types of army clothes. First off there is the Combat Armor, which I believe is US Army standard issue. The Operation Anchorage dlc adds a whole bunch of new Army outfits. There is General Chase's overcoat, Grease Monkey coveralls, and Winterized Combat Armor. Mothership Zeta adds in Winterized Medic Combat Armor. The generic suits of Power Armor are also US Army issue, and have an Army star on them (the Brotherhood of Steel ones have the Brotherhood logo) I modded in a suit of Marine Corps combat armor, winterized combat armor, and power armor. I can send you that if you like. I don't think I have seen any drivable land vehicles other than the motorcycles. But I will look for jeeps or hummers. Awesome, thanks for all your help, SR. Yes, you can definitely send me those Marine clothes. Today's my daughter's last day of school, and we've been quite busy around the house just having fun, but I hope to sneak off and play some more Fallout 3 later this evening. Last I saw, Cho was in a Talon Company outpost, slowly sneaking in one of its indoor facilities, but ultimately he is headed toward Lamplight Caverns (whatever it's called) and hopefully toward the end of the Main Quest. How did Hecate go with Sydney? I found that she always died really quickly once I ran into some aggressive Bots. Not that I complained of course- that is one nice 10mm Subby she owns... Loved the pic on the 'makeshift' overpass to the Statesman Hotel. That pic looked so sweet! And sitting on the Alaskan simulator while knocking back a cold one. Priceless! ** Good luck Renee with the new character. Late at night, family is out of the way, Fallout 3 or 4, lights off, chair is perfect, snacks ready. Gaming heaven.
